I’ve had SO many great experiences at this location! When I was shopping for my wedding makeup the associates were so helpful. I wanted to shout out Kaila and Adrianna, the last two times I came they were so helpful and friendly! Kaila is very knowledgeable about fragrance and introduced me to some new scents. Adrianna helped me with eyebrow products and was so kind and personable. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and will always direct people to shop here!

Absolutely horrific experience early this morning. They had just opened so can’t imagine someone can be that miserable in life at the start of her shift. However, the larger female, African American with colored hair and nose ring yelled across from me not to barely open the flap to a lipstick box. I was checking it to ensure it was the correct item because unfortunately I wasted my time coming back to return a product that was in the wrong place and it’s not what I had intended on purchasing. She then continued to tell me "not to open box honey. Just look at the number on bottom" well no, when I have to drive 30 miles to return something that wasn’t stored adequately the first time I am going to simply open it and double check it’s right. I was about to buy many things today until my day was met with her. Try hiring some more class.

I was assisted by an associate with curly hair and glasses. She wasn’t openly rude, but her demeanor felt slightly dismissive and not very helpful. I left feeling unsupported and underwhelmed by the service.

If you happen to visit this location please as to be assisted by Ari !!! This young lady should be the face for great customer service !! She was so sweet, so nice, very honest. She wasn’t just that way with me. I actually was waiting for someone to service me an no one seemed to have had been available so I had to watch her interaction with another customer. The customer was very satisfied and smiling from ear to when she left and so was I. I asked for just a sample of a foundation and she ended up giving me 3 instead. I know you get up to 3 samples anyways, but it was just the kindness and the thought because she could have just given me the 1 sample that I asked for but instead chose to show kindness generosity. I truly appreciate her.

Had a beautiful experience here! Paulina is absolutely wonderful and kind and very attentive. She answered all of my questions kindly and directed me to different kiosks to help fit my needs. A wonderful wonderful girl!

I had the most amazing time here at this location. Tori and Bambi were extremely helpful. They each poured so much of their expertise into my shopping experience. They helped me find exactly what I needed i am so happy with my purchase. I can’t wait to go back and purchase the samples Tori gave me, she color matched me spot on!

First time at this location and we will definitely be back! Tori was so helpful and personable. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the various products which helped us try new items.
