We had the absolute best experience at Ulta celebrating my 11-year-old granddaughter’s birthday! Morgan and The entire staff was kind, patient, and made every girl feel special. Everything was organized, fun, and age-appropriate, and the birthday girl felt like a star. Thank you for helping us create such a memorable day—highly recommend for a fun and confidence-boosting birthday experience!

I love this Ulta and I love the majority of the staff. Codey Anne does the ABSOLUTE BEST eyebrows. You have to book her in advance because she will book up fast. Robyn is a super sweet vendor and Cookie is a MAC guru. I’ve only had one bad experience here and that’s when this manager thought that I was going to steal a travel sized perfume and she literally followed me around the store awkwardly before I literally said "OMG, I’m not going to steal here take the perfume behind the counter". She put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t prefer her. But, again this place has a great selection and Codey, Robyn and Cookie provide excellent customer service. I will also say that often times the lines are extremely long, almost to the back of the store. They don’t seem to have fast or enough cashiers to help out which is absolutely frustrating. Overall, I won’t go to anyone else but Codey!

Pretty store, awful workers. I went in and asked a lady if she could take a quick look in the back for an item and she sent her coworker to do it, he went to the back and came back out, didn’t say a word about the product and just walked around looking down on his ACTUAL PHONE, not even the store device. The checkout lady, that seemed to be one of the managers didn’t even look at us or greet us in anyway, and she rolled her eyes when we had said thank you when finishing our purchase. I’ve been here 3 times and have yet to have a good experience.

I had an absolute positive shopping experience in this store. I was looking into getting a good lipstick for myself and the employee were not only kind, but informative about the products, too.

The store is impressively clean and well-organized, which I truly appreciate. However, I had a less-than-smooth experience with a return. The new cashier was polite but seemed unsure about how to process it, which caused a bit of a delay. When the manager stepped in, I expected the situation to improve, but instead, they were somewhat sarcastic, which made the experience feel less welcoming. I understand everyone has their off days, so I’m chalking this up to a one-time issue. Overall, the store itself is great, but the customer service during my visit could use some fine-tuning.

I came in for the first time a few weeks ago. I don't do alot for my makeup and needed help finding foundation and getting info on how to use it. The staff here helped no problem, they even had me do a cold match for free to find exactly what shade I needed and gave me tips for applying. I found out by fluke that they sell arctic fox hairdye for a better price than Sallys! Will be back.

I visited this Ulta location today and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I was waiting in a fairly long line with just one item. There was only one person actively ringing, even though another employee was standing behind the register area doing nothing to assist. After waiting behind several customers, the second employee didn’t open another register until I reached the front of the line. It felt inconsiderate and avoidable, especially given how long the line had been. In addition, while I was standing in line, this same employee cut in front of me multiple times without saying "excuse me" or acknowledging me at all. The lack of basic courtesy and awareness was disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service during this visit was extremely poor, and it made what should have been a simple, quick purchase unnecessarily frustrating.
