I stopped by as I’ve seen some change in my skin texture as I age. The woman working was so helpful in offering different options while listening to my skin concerns and keeping a balance in mind with what I’m already doing. Everything seemed to be well stocked and the space was quite interesting.

Affordable and simple regimen. It was the first time I visited this store and can’t wait to try the two oils I ended up buying for less than $9 each. Customer service was OK, while I asked a simple question; ‘what oil should I use for early signs of aging?’ The first person couldn’t answer and had to call someone else who could, and seemed very knowledgeable and made good suggestions. It just left me wondering why the first person didn’t know such basic question... Oh well, hoping for good results!

I recently purchased something for my daughter at this location. I work on Spring st. And this is a god sent location. I met the most beautiful consultant by the name of Vladimir, he asked how my day was at work and it wasn't an easy day, but his aura and personality made my walk for my 19yr old daughters must have made it worth while! I will definitely be back, Love you Vladimir 😍

I had the greatest experience here today! Crystal was the person who helped my 20 year old daughter and I. She was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She created a customized skincare plan for both of us. She incorporated products I already use with some new products I can’t wait to try. She was so great, she even wrote out how to use all the products (new and old products). She also color matched our foundation. Not only was Crystal very professional, she was a lot of fun! I have ordered products from the Ordinary online and have been quite pleased. I wanted to visit this store while in NYC to get an expert opinion on what I should actually be using. This experience far exceeded my expectations.

Clean and organized store. Friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Great prices compared to Denmark.

There are no clear instructions on which products to use or when to use them, leaving you to guess the correct order and timing — making the experience confusing and a bit frustrating.
