I absolutely love the Sephora at Times Square! The store is so well organized and has everything you could possibly need. As part of the rewards program, I even received a birthday gift, which made my experience extra special. Always a pleasure to shop here!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Robin this past week. She approached me to see if I needed help, and when I asked if the sold the products I was looking for, she politely let me know then did not have them. Quickly, she asked if she could share a product with me that she would recommend and that had much better ingredients than the original I was trying to find. Robin was so informed, kind, gentle, and professional. She explained the benefits, made great recommendations, all without pressure. As I was checking out with the product she recommended, she the provided me with samples and a lovely gift bag for the products. Robin truly made this experience. Cosmetic store have always overwhelmed me, but Robin truly turned this experience around for me.

Sephora is an absolute favorite! They offer an incredible variety of products and brands, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. I was specifically searching for a tinted lipstick, and a staff member expertly recommended the Too Faced options—I ended up loving it! It's also great that I can always count on Huda Beauty products; they never disappoint. It's truly always a pleasure shopping for makeup here.

The store itself is so nice and stocked. But I was approached by an employee who told me the products I had were just ok and to try other brands. She pointed a few out and I said "that’s a bit expensive for me" and she replied with "No it’s not! That’s only $30!" Felt super rude and off putting. Didn’t appreciate the upselling and she kept pushing. Shame I love Sephora.

I appreciate the manager Rufus who was working around 5:20PM on Nov 17th! He couldn't initially help me with a bit of a complicated request, but was NOT rude and dismissive about it, which I appreciated. He eventually was able to help me in general, which was even better, but I think it's worth noting his patience all around.
