This beauty shop has a lot of options, their prices are fair, and the employees are very helpful. They have a points program to earn rewards, Alexa who is stunning by the way helped me pick out passion twists for my daughter who wanted me to style her hair for the Little Mermaid movie premiere. She also does lace front installs by appointment. I'm extremely pleased with this hair boutique and highly recommend them!!!

out of all the ethnic hair stores in the New Haven county, THIS store at this location has the best customer service. The owner and staff greet you when you come into the store, if you’re a "regular"the owner takes the time to learn your name, and we know his name too. No one follows you down the aisles and watches you and treats you like a suspected thief. Convenient location with reliable products.

Awesome place and very friendly customer service. They even have a rewards system if you total up to what you need you get a discount on your next order. Definitely recommend👍
