The balding dude at self check out is a creep. He tried to get my id and got in my face when my boyfriend was buying himself beer. Every single time I come in there he gets way too close and is just weird about it. He likes to lean over my shoulder from behind me. I have ptsd so that made me extremely uncomfortable and next time it happens there will be a major issue. He was so close behind me he was almost pushed right up against me trapping me in the corner because my cart was next to me. I didn’t even ask for help as I am a cashier I know how to use the machine and it will notify him if theres an issue. I hate shopping there now because they hire creeps. I’m glad they wouldn’t hire my boyfriend or myself because it seems like a disgusting place to work due to the people there.

We came in tonight to see if we could exchange three boxes of diapers for a bigger size. We didn't have a receipt because we had gotten them as a gift but the people at the service desk were very helpful and friendly. We appreciate being able to exchange the diapers our baby had outgrown for the size he is currently in. Thank you so much for offering that option.

First time ordering pick up. They canceled order stating not available. My hubby went into store and they had an entire and cap full of the sound bars. Today tried doing pick up. Claimed 3 of the same things weren't in stock. Down the clearance isle they have the Christmas sets of what we ordered. If you don't know where this are at in your own store call and ask. Ppl pay for Walmart+ for a reason and I'm disabled. Was going to tip alot too since we live a ways away. Takes your money then doesn't fulfill order so you have to wait until walmart decides to put the money back. Worst customer service at this walmart by far. Don't waste your time.

If I could give them a negative star I would. There is a growing issue with customer service. It’s out of control. I’ve tried to get service here twice for my tires. Once purchasing a brand new set with an oil change about 800 dollars total and then again tonight I tried to get a tire patch. Since I had the road hazard warranty through them that I paid extra to have. I drive hundreds of miles a week for a service job so having my tires in good condition is my top priority. They didn’t have enough time to patch my tire but there were two of them at the front desk that had enough time to google belle tire for me. I ended up going across the street over to Belle tire, and they got me right in, no charge.

I got home usually on the incident that I didn't get treated well by pursuing a report to police but that's a trend that ended with my application to your company. I feel safe knowing my disposition is warranted towards police is good. Since most people try to keep an upper hand after confrontation at your store, I chose not to pursue any reports but I called several times to encourage anonymity in a case for equal judgement of a young woman and her children for child trafficking in Fort Wayne. I never heard anything but that the case was probably a roux since I am known by the same nickname and it confuses police to interact with her while her brother works next door at Lowe's.

It literally smells like sewage throughout the grocery department. They've known about it for months but don't fix whatever the problem is. I've literally gotten hit with the smell so strongly I nearly throw up.

Got new tires. Took a little over an hour. They were on sale $25 a piece cheaper than the last time I got them. Good tires 50k plus miles
