SEPHORA

Would’ve rated 5 star but today Sephora is a 1 star. Normally when I come to Sephora I am greeted, asked if I need help , and I am assisted. My questions are answered and I get recommended products which 9 times out of 10 I buy. Well today I was greeted but received 1 recommendation and was instantly walked away from not to help another customer but to do their makeup or to finish a conversation they were having, I saw both happen. I left empty handed today but I really wanted to buy a face mask but was overwhelmed with the product selection and no help.

Store manager is rude! Literally needs to go through some training. She was trying to tell me they couldn’t process a gift card for online orders when I literally had it done a week prior. She kept insisting that it was not their policy. I kept asking "then how come it was a week ago?" I eventually found another manager "Brooke" who did it for me last week. She had no problems at all! Easy breezy done in minutes. Maybe Brooke should train the Store Manager on how to do things. Also want to add that when I came in, I made eye contact with the store manager asking her about something and she kept walking away. Urrrggg. Very rude. Thank you Brooke for your help. You are a sweetheart!

They are always so nice and polite to me and my sister. Every worker is so patient with our quiestons and takes their time making sure we are satisfied. Never had a bad time here 10/10 love everyone there.

Wouldn't do an even exchange for the original sale price. Literally an unopened item, same product, just a different scent. I drove 1.5 hours to do this and the manager didn't seem to care to make it right even when the associate brought it up to her.

My visit to Sephora in Montgomery was great! They have a huge inventory of fine fragrances and cosmetics. The staff was awesome!!

Hi. =) Today, February 7, 2024, I visited Sephora, the French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products. Two beautiful, kind, and courteous ladies gave me wonderful customer service. Without me even spotting them behind my back, they both offered if I needed assistance. The cashier was really amiable and patient. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names, but I promise to come back to this review as soon as I get the correct spelling of their names. I had such a wonderful experience with Joie at Sephora! I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed, trying to find clean makeup that would work with my rosacea, which is not always easy to cover. Joie was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable—she took her time listening to my concerns and matched me with products that not only worked for my skin tone but were gentle and clean. She made me feel seen and cared for, which made such a difference. I left feeling confident and supported. Thank you, Joie!
