Julie has made my 1 year in new orleans the best i ever had with my hair, fast, detailed, communicative and knows exactly what i want, always left this place satisfied. I am writing this a while after i left new orleans and im not exaggerating how great she is. These pictures are some her works on my hair

I haven’t had a treatment here this review is based of an interaction with the receptionist. I’m not sure if she’s just a little dense or if this aligns with policy but I figured I’d share my experience in case the owners or management didn’t approve. I wanted a facial and blowout. Groupon had a deal for $29 for a blowout and micromist. I called and asked for availability for a facial and blowout. They had morning availability. When I mentioned that I saw the Groupon deal and asked about the micromist she explained what it was but said to do that treatment I would have to schedule for the afternoon. Unfortunately that doesn’t work with my schedule so I asked her if I could just get the blowout and not the micromist if I purchase the Groupon deal and she said no. So I asked if she could honor the price if I didn’t purchase the Groupon and just came in for the blowout part. Again she said no. Most of my experiences with salons and Groupon they have been pretty flexible, especially when you’re not asking to add anything for no extra cost. So I found the rigidity to be a little odd. There was a lot more back and forth conversation, which lead me to believe in the possibility she didn’t quite understand what I was saying but I’m not sure, maybe she was just standing on policy. Ultimately I ended up deciding not to book either treatment.

Angela gets me right EVERY TIME! I love the way she cuts my hair & she somehow remembers me even though I only see her once a year. Will never go somewhere else!

First time at this salon and I had an amazing experience. The staff's attentiveness, services and ambience are all phenomenal. I loved the set up, cleanliness and decorations. I recommend this place, it's worth every penny you pay. Keep up the great job!

Im be completely honest. I try to get an appointment 3 times. The first time they didn’t have anything available, second time scheduled a massage and got a call back saying they don’t have the person to do it. The third time I called and asked if they take walk ins for a pedicure, I was told they do but prefer appointments, to where I asked if they have anything available that day. I was told they do between 3 and 4 , to where my response was ok, I will see you at 3. I got there at 2.55 pm signed my name in the list and waited till 4 pm to be told they don’t have a technician to help me.

Don't do business with this business they never have appointment and go somewhere else you want to get a pedicure they never had an appointment here and then you ride by it it looks like always no business here and always give you a lame excuse the technicians going to be late. Worse business ever do not come here

Great service. Been getting hair done with Julie for over 10 years. Very resourceful and relatable. Rachel is an awesome nail artist.
