I started getting my hair cut here after stopping by H Mart for groceries, and I’ve been coming back ever since! They do take walk-ins occasionally, but their schedule is usually fully booked, so I highly recommend making an appointment. If you’re lucky, you might be able to walk in for a quick cut, but definitely book in advance for a perm or color. I love how easy it is to set up an appointment over the phone or through Instagram. The staff and hairdressers are incredibly nice, and their welcoming energy makes every visit a great experience!

Found my forever spot! 💇‍♂️✨ I’ve been coming here regularly, and whenever I feel like switching up my style, they always know exactly what works for me. I’ve had cuts with Henna, Lisa, and Junnie—seriously, all of them are absolute pros. Also, big shoutout to Manager K at the front! 🙌 Super professional and makes booking appointments a breeze. Even though I only see the team every few months, they’re always so kind and welcoming. Honestly so grateful for you guys. Highly recommend! 💖

I absolutely love coming to this place. Whenever I bring in a photo of the style I want, they always make it look very close to the picture. They are highly skilled and professional with both men’s and women’s hair. It’s easy to make an appointment by phone, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. They also double-check and confirm the appointment, which I really appreciate. I will definitely be coming back here for my next haircut!

Finally found the perfect spot for a legit Korean-style men's perm! I wanted that trendy, textured look, and Henna and Junnie absolutely nailed it. Seriously, if you’re looking for a perm, book with either of them, they are the real experts. They knew exactly the vibe I was going for. Also, Manager K for being so pro and friendly with the booking. Always leaving this place feeling fresh and grateful!

The haircut was okay, but not very impressive. I asked for a basic men’s-style cut, nothing complicated. However, I was charged $45 under the women’s pricing, which feels quite high for such a simple haircut. The service was fine, but I think the pricing should reflect the haircut style rather than gender.

I’ve read the other negative reviews and your polite responses to them. When I read "Customer satisfaction is very important to us" and " Please feel free to contact us directly at your convenience" contact you for what? To get yell at by your staff? To get talked over again? I should’ve trusted my gut and not given this place a try, even with a friend’s recommendation. The way we were treated proves those reviews weren’t wrong. Your online responses sound professional. The actual customer service does not.

Speaking to customers in a condescending tone is not okay. The lack of clear communication and the male manager’s behavior were unacceptable. I will not be returning. I called last week to ask if they accept walk-ins. The lady suggested a time, and I later received a confirmation text. Within minutes, I called back to let them know that time would not work. At no point was I informed of any cancellation policy or fee. Today when I called to inform them I was running late due to traffic, the male manager accused me of "canceling 3 times," which is inaccurate and misleading. He spoke in a passive-aggressive and dismissive tone and repeatedly talk over me. Will not return.
