Today I went to Ulta Beauty and was helped by the amazing Kiearra!!!! She took excellent care of me and my hair. Kiearra has a gentle touch and used the best products on me!! I came in for a silk press but I left feeling like a new woman!! I will coming back to see Kiearra soon; she made me feel welcomed , heard , and understood. Thank you Kiearra

Elaina was absolutely phenomenal. I brought my little brother (15) in who was initially nervous considering he had never had an actual hairstyle and always rocked a buzz cut. She was so warm and inviting and did a GREAT job with his hair. He was grinning the whole service 🤣 I watched his personality come back to life thanks to her! You’ll be in good hands with Elaina ❤️

I have received excellent hair care from Kierra, she is extremely knowledgeable about the products she uses and gives good advice about taking care of your hair at home and suggest what products to buy. My hair has improved significantly since coming to her as a client. She does not disappoint, I highly recommend her as a master colorist and stylist.

I purchased baby bliss pro hair dryer online, curbside pick up. Got it home, it had been opened and packaging not inside, box was re taped. I returned to store, clerk went and got me another one, opened and it appeared was new. Got it home, opened and it has 2 of the same attachments, NO diffuser. Be careful buying from Ulta in Macon.
