I always have a great experience at Sephora. The store is consistently clean, checkout is fast, and there’s always someone available to help when I need it. Shopping here is easy and enjoyable every time

I won’t be visiting this location again. I came in to pick up an online order and asked the front door lady where to go. The staffer replied, "find a girl to help you," which wasn’t helpful. After locating someone else, I waited for assistance as she was chatting with her other coworker. The associate clearly saw me, but was super dismissive. Being this is my first online order I didn’t know what to do so I pulled up the app and she asked my name so they could phone someone to bring it. Well apparently it was canceled…after confirming my order was canceled, I asked where to find it in the store. She pointed and said, "over there." No one was friendly or polite; everyone seemed dismissive, rude and the most important NO ONE was helpful. I walked out and will not return. Zero customer service.

While I was browsing perfumes (Rio de janiero section) there was very little space where I was standing. A Sephora employee abruptly stepped into that small space without saying "excuse me," which caused a bottle to fall. I picked it up for her, but she did not acknowledge me or say thank you. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it left me with a negative impression of the store.

Hard to tell if it’s a "nice" store or a "new" store but time will tell. Extremely friendly staff, seriously they were helping people in every nook and cranny. Super busy so be prepared for a line at checkout. We have a nice place now Lubbock, don’t ruin it.

I am absolutely disgusted with the employees here. My wife calls me, visibly upset because an employee followed her around the store, after she was matching makeup to her skin tone. The employee then not only accuses her of stealing makeup, but continuously harasses her. Keep in mind, she was also wearing a $5,000 purse, and we probably spend at least 5 grand a month here. Will be using all of the points, then canceling the account and only shopping at Ulta. Keep in mind, she was the only non white inside the store. Incident took place September 8th.

The times I have come to this Sephora all the ladies have been very nice and helpful. I've gone to other ones in Lubbock and they are not helpful or nice

Took the wife for professional makeup for her birthday and they treated her like the queen she is. They even helped pick out a perfume. It was out of stock and they shipped it for free and got there in 2 days
