Anu is amazing and very knowledgeable. She tailored my plan for laser hair removal on my face, as I have a lot of hormone issues and I've been seeing great results. The pricing is unbeatable especially for the candela laser. Highly recommend Indulgence.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. I purchased a laser package, and due to repeated issues with communication and professionalism, the experience fell far below expectations. From the beginning, the front desk staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. During my first appointment, the laser treatment was significantly more painful than what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and when I expressed concern, it was brushed off rather than addressed. My next appointment was canceled last minute due to a family emergency, which I understood at the time. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule once the provider returned, but no one ever reached out. Since laser treatments are meant to be done on a monthly schedule, several months passed without any follow-up from the office, and I ultimately had to reach out myself to book another appointment. On the day of that appointment, I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did—only to be made to wait the full 15 minutes and additional time beyond that. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

I came here to get laser treatments done on my full face and lower body (as a guy). I've had them done before on a different machine but saw no results. -This- place however is AWESOME!! The Candela machine they have is so legit. You can buy a package or pay individually for targeted sessions depending on your budget. The treated areas have slowed down on growth after 1 session for me, got a couple more to go. Anu explained the process of laser hair removal pretty well and was great to chat with. She is a true professional in her craft, and the laser process felt effective with proper breaks in between. I'll be aiming to get more laser treatments done only here, ideally full body eventually. Ms Anu, the owner, personally welcomed us and ensured our therapy sessions were supervised with meticulous attention to detail. Having visited several spas, I can confidently say this one stands out for its personalized service. My partner and I indulged in a range of services, including facials, laser hair removal, acupuncture, Reiki, waxing, threading and massages. Notably, my wife received post-surgery medical massages for C-section scar removal, tummy tuck and breast augmentation. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, making the experience even more enjoyable. We also treated my mom to a couple's massage with facial and from the warm greeting with drinks to accommodating our preferences, every detail was well taken care of. The therapists were knowledgeable and attentive to our specific needs, creating a calming ambiance for a truly relaxing evening.
