During their recent end of year VIB sale I was so overwhelmed by the crowds and infinite products that I was struggling to make choices. But then beautiful Patty* stepped up to help me build up my shopping basket with top tier product knowledge and overall customized understanding for what I needed. She accepted my 2016 product preferences without judgement while educating me on how my regiment could benefit from some updates. She offered brand options and comparisons based on in depth color theory and ingredient compatibility. I have two major takeaways from this Sephora experience: the products compliment each other so flawlessly on my face with minimal expertise, I haven't loved my makeup this much in literally decades💄… and my other take away was the customer service; turns out Patty was the manager! She was in high demand that night as the isles were flooded with shoppers, her whole team kept checking in on her to see if she needed to delegate me to another sales persons but she both assisted the staff requested while building my much needed take home makeover with a huge smile on her face. The Grove sephora squad is lucky to have her 👩🏾‍🎨

My experience was ruined by an odd individual working there. He followed me and my friend around with a basket even after we told him we didn't need it and made uS very ,uncomfortable. 0/10 don't recommend

Been trying to contact the store but no one anwser the phone, just wanna know what is the 500 points bazar reward available for feb 2026. I've been to 2 different stores dowtown that had nothing already so i dont wanna lose another trip ;-;

I hope people test the product on the wedges they offer if you can find them and not on themselves. Very dirty. They need to dust off and clean where they keep the cotton swaps/etc people be leaving their trash in there. Also, instead of having employees stand around and look at you like you’re going to steal something (doing the most when they just work there), have them do something productive. Especially if they aren’t assisting anyone. That’s why as much as I like to go for Mario products. I’m sticking to Ulta 👋

Great experience! I went because my go-to foundation had changed their formula, so I wanted to try it and a couple others. Staff greeted me right away to ask if I needed help and what with. They called over an associate who listened to what I was looking for and answered all my questions. I wanted a few samples to take home and try, and Analisa made sure we found the right shade for me, put together three samples, and labeled them on the bag for me, shades included. She also emailed me the products she sent me samples of. I never felt pressure to buy something then and there, which was much appreciated since I wanted to try each sample at home before deciding. She also explained to me what kind of coverage to expect from each sample. It was a very quick and efficient experience. I usually avoid going to the store in favor of shopping online, but it’s great to know that I can quickly and efficiently be helped at this store. Would recommend highly!

The store was quite busy but the employees were very helpful, and offered us samples and take-home testers. Will definitely be back to this location.

Overall a nice experience at this Sephora. Staff is polite and helpful. Good selection of beauty and skincare products.
