I came in yesterday with my daughter and the blonde hair girl I believe her name was Sarah. She was the sweetest , she pulled extra pieces and gave her an amazing styling experience. She ended up getting a black dress & heels for the Grammys.She even took the time to call alterations places to see who could take the dress in that day. I would recommend to everyone to come to revolve for your next event. Overall service & clothing selection is amazing.

It would have been perfect, but a simple mistake ruined the whole experience. I purchased a grey sweater for Christmas, today when I wear it, we find the magnetic tag still attached. It’s pouring rain in LA now, and we have to drive 80min round trip to the groove again to get this fixed on Christmas Eve.

I ordered a pair of boots at the end of September that were discounted at about 50% off. I received them, tried on one of the boots on carpet, didn't like the fit and placed it promptly back in the box. I shipped them back in new condition, neatly repackaged with the original plastic bags and tissue paper, the very next day. It arrived at their returns warehouse where it sat for over a week. I received a cryptic email asking for my order reference for two sizes? I replied with the order reference for my single pair of boots. They claimed that they received two different sizes, couldn't approve the return, and told me to file a dispute through my bank? I did, and two weeks later, they asked about the dispute that they suggested and that they would investigate and respond. Then, without further communication, they returned the pair of boots, without the original tissue paper or plastic wrap, and now they are apparently two different sizes AND for the same foot (right foot). That they are for the same foot was never mentioned during our 10+ email chain? It is 2 months later, the middle of November, still unresolved. I don't know why in their mind I would have swapped a pair and kept two differently sized left-only boots instead of them making a mistake at distribution and processing? They sent a wrongful pair and resorted to gaslighting me? Like a nightmare stalker ex??
