This should even be a negative star review. I asked if they have the brand I was looking for and even spelled it out but the old lady just said no and i tried to ask the younger lady but the old one just shooed me away and i was supposed to look for other products but that lady just said no so i think she was just being racist.

The only place where I could find Nature Republic Argan Oil Hair Pack(200ml) Paid $12.99, which is pretty expensive, so if you want cheaper options like two times cheaper) order from one of Korean online websites. Personal was friendly, but they don’t really know their products. When I asked they said they don’t have any Nature Republic products and offered to show me what they do. Turned out they actually do have what I was looking for, so overall I was happy with my visit. ‼️Take into consideration there’s no refund or exchange! They put a stamp saying that and also worn you before your purchase.‼️

OVERCHARGED. Got the 250mL Anua heartleaf toner for $32 when its $23 on the anua US website. My fault for not looking at prices online I guess. Charging almost 45% over retail is wild.

BE CAREFUL. They will sell cosmetic products that are nearly expiring or already expired. The expiration date printed on the bottom of the products are removed by their employees. The ones printed on the top of the tub were cut.

i hate to leave a bad review but the employees were rude and condescending unfortunately :/ came in around 6pm and as soon as i stepped foot into the store, i heard "you go home!" i was taken aback because i thought the lady was talking to her coworker to let her leave early or something, but as i turned around, i noticed she was talking to me. she then said, "we’re closing soon!" according to google, they close at 8. i’m sorry if i didn’t notice a 6pm closing time on their door, but they easily could have said something along the lines of "i’m sorry but we are actually getting ready to close, but we open at X time tomorrow." i’m here visting on vacation and i felt very looked down upon. my family ended up buying stuff from here and i wish they didn’t because they didn’t deserve their money after being rushed out the door and them being extremely rude.

Rude and more expensive than the stores nearby. I am Mexican so the saleswoman was following me closely and talking down to me. An Asian girl entered the store and she completely ignored her.

Very excellent skincare and makeup, also very nice and professional staff. Wish it also have online store so I could easily buy products from my state.
