Pink Glam Box

I asked for recommendations on green-colored contact lenses, and a staff member suggested a pair that turned out to be very disappointing. The lenses appeared yellow rather than green, both in person and in the product images. I expressed my concern at the time, but was assured they were green. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations and ended up being a waste of money.

I love there lip gloss here it’s a must have!! I recommend this store definitely to anyone looking for good makeup place

Some of the employees are very nice unlike others they aren’t very cooperative or understanding. I went with my friend because the pictures look nice but with my knowledge of nail supplies I saw it was overpriced but when i told her she was already buying a few products and later when she saw better prices and products at violet beauty a few stores next to it she felt bad and taken advantage of so she went back to ask to return and get a refund and they didn’t want to and said you also pay for the experience of entering the store etc

The store is cute but OVERPRICED! I went in just browsing to see what I wanted to get and the sales girls were so hungry to sell that they would not leave me alone. I was just there browsing for lashes and I kept getting recommended things I didn’t ask for or need. By the time I checked out and paid I didn’t realize how much I had gotten charged because I was helping my sister. Theses girls like to add things into your basket when you clearly didn’t want. I wasn’t able to g eat a refund since I had to go home but I believe they would not give me a refund because when I was checking out a girl went in there stating they were finessing her on beauty creations and the girl tried to say it would come out to the same price she paid with shipping! I know times are hard but don’t take advantage of people!!!

The store was super cute. When I walked in, I noticed some little fans to the right one was marked down to $13 I was helped by a young lady, who said she would hold a fan at the register while we were shopping she proceeded to take off the orange sticker and charge us $20 for the fan. I told her it said a different price initially and she pretended she didn’t know what I was talking about . my daughter like it and it was hot so I bought it for her. Anyway. We walked away, opened it and the charger cord. Since the young lady had put it in its packaging, she had to have known it was missing a cord, and still proceeded to sell it to us. That way when we got home, we tried to charge it, and it started overheating and melting. I will never return to the store and for your own safety you might not either also, there was a girl taking pictures of us without permission so creepy when I asked what she was doing the girl that had helped and said she was taking pictures of a product, which is not true. She was taking pictures of the customers.

My friend was already inside when I walked in. Manuela was assisting her, so sweet btw. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but I asked her a question regarding a foundation and she proceeded to assist me. My friend and I were discussing a color match and Manuelas "manager" came over (long dark hair, headband and pink sweater) and pointed at my friend and said "thats so and so’s sale" then pointed at me and told her I was her sale. Manuela informed her no one was assisting us and thats why she helped us but the manager was unwilling to listen. I then told my friend that I would pay for her stuff, I didn’t think it was professional or fair for the manager to do that. I over heard the manager berating Manuela and essentially said "She doesn’t tell you what to do, I do, don’t ring them up together." I walked over, super upset that she does this so comfortably in front of customers. I told her that Manuela was the ONLY one assisting us. Manager said "Oh, usually when an employee needs to leave on break in the middle of assisting a customer I take over so they can earn their (idk what she said here" So i stopped her and said that when I walked in Manuela was assisting my friend and "you" (pointing at manager) were no where in sight. No other employee asked to assist me. If you walk a few shops down, there is another makeup store that sells the same stuff at half the price.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE LOOK OF THIS STORE!!! This store is the most over priced store I've seen in my life. They resell products, and make the price higher! We bought a bottle of "Mia Secrets monomer 16 oZ " for $45. An hour later we searched it up and you can buy it on multiple websites for anywhere from $30-40 shipping included. Once we realized this we went to ask for a refund, and they told us the price is the same, we showed them a website where you can purchase it for $37.50 and they told us it's the same price once you add in shipping... instead of issuing us a refund like we requested they kept denying it saying it's the same price even when it clearly wasn't. You can honestly purchase an item online, from the comfort of your home, and have it shipped to your house for l less than buying it at this shop.
