I been shopping here for years spent lots of money and these people won’t exchange a ponytail never used just left the store and have a receipt!!! Totally terrible don’t appreciate a good customer!!!!

Guy stood on side of me while I’m shopping to claiming to vacuum . Completely stood over me . If you can help it please STOP supporting businesses that DONT want you there . If we can stick together to get these businesses shut down we can stick together to get our businesses out there

Terrible! I bout a product to twist my son hair for graduation, walked out to realize I bout the wrong product. When I went to return I was told I could not return it. I had receipt and was told I can't return because I touched it. They did not think that I've might have bought it that way. People always testing. I did not even get a store credit. Even though they have those loveable products, there energy is not welcome in my space so nomore purchases from them. You have loyal customers for a reason

Black women, DO NOT SHOP HERE! The workers are incredibly rude and disrespectful! I just witnessed a worker slam & lock the door in an older black woman’s face! This business does not care about black people only our money!! Stop supporting these racists who treat us like we’re less than human! I’m truly appalled!

Neatly organized, abundant products that are up to date and excellent customer service. Been a customer here for years. They give out samples and frequent discounts for wigs since I am a regular there.

Not pleased with their interaction with the community they are in; very leery and suspect behavior & conversation when in contact with customers. I noted a marked difference when they waited on those who seemingly had what I can only describe as societal gain, convo, appearance; I witnessed staff following behind individuals attempting to act like they were doing something in that isle but clearly just randomly touching products while watching customers. I wasn't pleased; you have 50,000 products and are looking at customers like they might be stealing because it's taking them some time to make their selection in the midst of this product storm? ! Respect or remove yourselves from the community. New Wave 🤔🖐🖐🖐 BYE... not buy! 😐
