⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This cosmetics shop is located on the first floor of the Koreatown Plaza, and they have a huge selection of Korean beauty products. You can find everything from skincare and makeup to sheet masks and hand creams. Since it’s the end of the year, there are many gift-ready items, especially masks and hand creams, with reasonable prices and nice packaging, which makes them perfect for gifts. I really liked that they have plenty of testers, so you can try different scents and textures before buying. It makes choosing products much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. When I had questions, they explained things clearly and gave good recommendations without being pushy. Overall, it’s a great place to shop, and I’d definitely come back.

Very Rude!!!! Wish I could rate negative-100 Stars!!! I simply called to ask if this store carried a specific product, & the lady said no & just hung up. When I called back & asked why she hung up, because I was gonna ask about another product! She hung up again!!! What kind of public business, doesn’t want business!!! Just sad!!!! I truly miss the old days where treating people with respect was a normal thing!!!

Nice collection of Korean hair care stuff. Bit pricy, but can get actual Korean stuff

Super cute store! Don’t be fool of the small size because they have lots of selections of skincare and hair products! Tester are provided in each products specially on lips and eyeshadow which is great, the parking tho of the mall is a little uncomfortable

Went with my wife to buy two sets of plastic hair clips. Very small store and no price tags on any of the smaller products. We took the two clips for billing and the lady at the register straight up charged $15 dollars each! The total was $34 for 2 hair clips! Unbelievable. Pretty sure they saw a non Asian couple and decided to charge ad hoc prices. Anyone visiting this place please make sure you ask the prices and don't hesitate to leave the store if the prices aren't what you expect of such a small store.

Please don’t go here. They overcharge depending on what you look like. They charged me 20x more than what we get on Amazon or anywhere reasonable really. Doubt they’d do that if we looked different . Please please for your sanity do NOT go here

SUPER friendly, lots of kbeauty like rom&nd. Love their selection of lip products, just wish they had testers of eyeshadows.
