Why is the maximum rating only five stars? This place deserves an infinite rating. I prioritize a clean lifestyle and self care in a world of companies that desire to coerce and market their products in order to maximize profits and hurt people in the long run. When I purchase from this store, I never feel this way. Not only does it feel extremely comfortable, like a home, but the staff is above and beyond hospitable and welcoming. They are so meticulous and caring, specifically Morgan, Serena, Dominique, and Nikki. I have been coming to this place regularly for almost a couple of months now and try to convince every single person I know, family members, friends, anyone. I have sensitive skin, and their products do wonders. Not to mention, EVERYTHING IS CLEAN. You are completely and wholeheartedly getting your money’s worth. I love Credo and will continue being a regular customer, but what truly keeps me coming back, aside from the products, are the staff I mentioned. I genuinely get excited when I need to restock because I love chatting with them and getting their recommendations. I am the opposite of a consumer. I am more of an investor. The way they articulate each product and use descriptive language leaves me walking out with ten times more products than I originally needed. I love you guys. Owners of Credo, you are extremely lucky to have the staff you do. They are an enormous necessity not only for new customers, but for returning customers like myself!

Gabriel the manager was very very attentive to our needs. Maureen is also a big help she went out of her way to help us even though she was also busy. I want to let everyone know that no matter who you are, what you are Credo beauty will always take great care of you. I have left other luxury stores because I have seen how beautiful these employees have treated me and my family. Love you Credo!!!!!

Always great selections. Prefer shopping online, not everyone who works there is friendly. And they don't open until 11 unfortunately. But Maureen (sp?) is awesome. She is one of the gems who works there who is kind, patient, and helpful! Thanks!

Audrey and Nikki were the sweetest sales associates. So kind and warm. Didn’t feel pushed into buying anything they were just helpful and good vibes. Amazing products here including Le Prunier which I’m obsessed with!!

I've been to this store a few time and I absolutely love their philosophy and product lines. In the past, staff have been semi helpful but I really had an incredible experience today with Tiffany. It was such a great shopping experience, that I felt it was worth reviewing. She really took the time to help me select products for myself and my mother. I know that my mom will love everything because Tiffany helped me make educated choices. I'm so happy we have a store like Credo in LA - they've converted me from big brand stores to a loyal customer.

I have been shopping with Credo since I lived in Boston 5 years ago. I have always had a positive experience until today. I went in before a workout to restock on a few products. Gabriela was at the register and while I was fishing through my wallet to get my card she asked if I wanted a bag for my products. Distracted I said, no thank you. After the transaction was complete I realized I had to go to my workout and it made more sense to have a bag and so I asked if I could have one. I was not trying to "squeeze" a free bag out of her, I just spent $95, it just didn’t occur to me until I wasn’t distracted that I needed one. She curtly said, "no, they are 10 cents and I would have to charge you." I walked out of the store and to my workout and then decided to turn around and return the products. Having worked in luxury customer experience for over 10 years, I truly feel that at the end of the day it is about the customer having a comfortable experience above all. It felt as though she valued the principle of 10 cents above me having to juggle products down the street. In a world of easy access to any product, it’s smart for Credo to recognize that Credo isn’t the only place to buy all of these brands and that I could have had it delivered to my door without walking in at all. I just can’t get behind a lack of respect for a customers time and money. Therefore, this location lost $95 over 10 cents and a loyal customer.
