Heck no, a friend and i were followed by staff throughout the whole store, kept getting asked if we needed help (which i would appreciate if i wasnt asked more than 5x) Usually im very oblivious to these things but they made it so apparent that they didnt want us in the store. What really tied it all together was when a friend and i kept looking at different sections and one of the staff would literally be "organizing" the makeup that we were currently looking at, even to go as far as to put there hands in our view/face. I felt very racially profiled here considering there was other (EA)girls here that were not being followed. Which is a bummer cuz i was trying to support smaller businesses. Never going back.

Korean skin care place. I am an African American woman. Walked in and was not greeted lol but her other shoppers of a different race walked in and was immediately greeted. Yeah so I walked out. I will spend my money where I am appreciated

Very well-stocked. If there's a certain Asian beauty product that you've been on the hunt for, this place will definitely have it. From sheet masks to popular foundations, they have almost every single brand and product that I've seen all over social media. Each product has a tester for you and prices are labeled on every single item. The workers weren't that friendly nor welcoming so that might be good if you don't like being bothered. Decent.

If you care about your customer experience, I would avoid this place at all costs. I went in with my partner for the first time after a quick daiso trip. I was in need of my jung saem mool cushion, which they had (for $42) I was willing to pay for convenience. HOWEVER, because i wasn’t already welcomed into the shop and as soon as i went to grab the item to read which box was my color match, a sales associate finally approached me asking if I need help. I told her I was doing fine and was just looking at the color options. She told me I can check on the tester instead and grabbed back the sellable item to put back on the shelf. Terrible customer service because why would you grab something from a customers hand and put it back and then reorganize the shelf? Mind you, there were also two korean girls who were also customers in the shop, and she wasn’t following/watching them to make them uncomfortable. I saw a few other people’s reviews that they racially target those that aren’t korean. I understand theft can be an issue but to racially profile and make your customers feel unwelcomed? I was in there for less than 5 mins and after she just started organizing the shelf i was looking at, I did not want to spend my money there. I wish I could give 0 stars, terrible experience all around. I suggest spending your money elsewhere! Tons of other great places in ktown to find your kbeauty needs!

Me and my partner come to this location often, and this is now the second time we have come in and been treated negatively. The first time there was a worker at the register who quite literally tossed my partners debit card at us after we were finished paying, and today when we paid with cash, again tossed our change at us after making us wait to pay so she could finish her conversation with two other workers. Not sure where this attitude comes from, but from a fellow customer service worker, that is ridiculous behavior coming from grown women. I would never treat customers that way. Beware, because they also follow customers around the store. Overall not worth the trip, as many products are marked up in price heavily.

Yeah I don’t like the vibe at all! It gives racist/ racial profiling. There are other places to get your k-beauty needs! I would not say that I recommend this place. If you’re desperate or out of options I’d say come but there are other places you can visit for a much better experience

Great place with good skincare, makeup products. Price-wise it’s the same as any other k-beauty shops. I was there on May 21st 2018, they had promotion buy 10 sheet masks get 5 free ($1 each) I got detoxing foot pads (they had only 2 kinds though). 18 pads for $17.99 Personal was friendly
