Came here in search of an eye brow pencil for my girlfriend. Unfortunately they dont make this one anymore but the two Employees, Rachelle & Kimberly who worked there, were so helpful and helped me find something perfect for my girl and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right color as similar to the old one to match. I went to Sephora first to get my foundation matched, and honestly the experience wasn’t great. The associate handed me a foundation and told me to apply it myself without really helping or trying to properly match my skin tone. After that, I went to Charlotte Tilbury and worked with Javier, and the difference was night and day. I originally went in just to buy foundation, but Javier actually took the time to match me perfectly. He also did my concealer and blush, and I ended up purchasing both the foundation and concealer because of how amazing everything looked. He completely glammed me up — I look so beautiful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I looked and felt good. The customer service alone made the experience worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Javier again.
