I would like to recognize Benny at Ulta for truly exceptional customer service. From the moment I began shopping with him, he has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Benny has an incredible eye for makeup selection. He takes the time to listen, understands exactly what I’m looking for, and recommends products that genuinely work for me. What stands out most is his professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers feel confident and satisfied. He never rushes the process and always makes the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Because of Benny, shopping at Ulta has been a pleasure, not just an errand. He is a true asset to the store, and I always look forward to shopping when I know he’s there. I will absolutely continue shopping here because of him. Thank you, Benny, for your outstanding service and expertise. You are a diamond in the rough!

Had an appointment today at 6 with Yvonne to surprise my daughter for her birthday with getting her ears pierced. We drove 35 minutes both ways to get there at least 5 minutes earlier than the appointment time. Once inside, my daughter was beyond excited and couldn’t hardly wait to get her ears pierced… just to check in at the salon to find out that Yvonne had cancelled my appointment without my knowledge, didn’t reach out to tell me and when I asked for an explanation I got ignored. Turns out, per her manager, she left for the day at 5:30. So clearly she had zero intention on sticking to my appointment that I had reserved three days prior. My daughter cried all the way home and was so let down and disappointed that now she doesn’t even want to get her ears pierced. Yvonne was incredibly unprofessional, and incredibly insensitive about the entire encounter. And here I was about to spend $55 for this service, plus extra for other things as well with her too. No one even cared to offer anything in return for the inconvenience this had caused or for the amount of sadness it brought to my daughter on her birthday. She was so surprised and excited up until she heard she was not able to do it considering the appointment was canceled without my permission or knowledge. Such HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER. I felt so bad for her leaving the store. I’m not sure who in their right mind would do this to someone but it’s bad for business for one, and secondly, thanks Yvonne for ruining a child’s birthday with your ever so caring attitude and wonderful service. This was pathetic to say the least. Actually, this doesn’t even deserve the one star that I was forced to rate this experience. This is more like a negative 5 star. Literally the worst ever. Now, I’m taking her to Claire’s tomorrow to try to make it up to her. The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Because of you and this, we will never be back and I’m going to be sure to share this with as many people that I know. Unbelievable

Must have a new manager or something. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never felt so uncomfortable. I was in the store a total of maybe 15 minutes and every 90 seconds or so someone would ask if I needed assistance. Either they needed to meet sales quota or I suddenly looked like a thief today… Regardless it was annoying and a bit degrading. I quit going to Sephora for this type of behavior, so it is sad to see at Ulta.

Ulta Beauty is a great store! They have a wide range of products for hair and skin, including lower priced, as well as the higher end. The staff has always been very friendly and super helpful. 😊 Ulta Beauty, I feel so uplifted everytime I walk in! 🌄

I’ve been shopping at Ulta for years, but this was the first time I’ve ever felt so uncomfortable. I was with my family, and we spent $400, yet the staff followed me down every aisle, constantly checking what I had in my hands. I couldn’t enjoy shopping or relax with my family at all. A shopping trip should feel fun and stress-free, and this experience was the complete opposite. I understand staff want to help, but this felt invasive and unnecessary. No one should ever feel like they’re being watched every step of the way while trying to shop.

Came into Ulta looking for a shampoo and was helped by the store associate Liz who helped me choose a great brand! She also checked me out at the register and let me know about the promotions and coupons the store was having. She was super friendly and very nice and had such an approachable personality! Definitely need more associates like her! Will be returning again to this location!

Walked in and the staff greeted me warmly. Gave me all the products I needed and I walked out feeling beautiful. I live in Sacramento and will drive here just for the experience. Thank you so much!
