I love Sephora stores. They are beautifully laid out, and carry so many brands. However, this Sephora store is ruined by the staff. I have shopped here 4 times now, and every single time they have been rude & unhelpful, almost arrogant. I have never ever been approached, and offered help ,& barely greeted. I was looking for a product I saw online, she literally pointed to where it was located, that’s all I got! I’d much rather drive to Ulta. I’ve chalked it up to being over 50, and that’s not their "client ". Btw, I’ve spent over $100 on each visit.

WOW! The team at this Sephora location is amazing! BIG shoutout to Ebony for her kindness, education, and helping me pick out the perfect products for my goals and lifestyle. I do not wear a lot of make up so wasn’t sure where to start, Rue was super friendly when I entered the store and helped as well! Ebony has set me up with the products and tools I need to feel successful when applying my make up for my next outing, thank you SO much!! The energy was in the store was amazing and I saw multiple employees helping or offering to help people in the store.

I need to compliment Jay for his expertise and help! After many attempts, with many different people over the years, he actually listened to my concerns with my current makeup wear, preferences, and made STELLAR recommendations best for my skin. I’ve always struggled to achieve the natural look I want, but get my makeup to stay on for an extended period. I always liked the way it looked when I put it on, but it wouldn’t stay. I showed him a picture of my makeup 3 hours after I had applied where it had practically disappeared. He talked with me about ingredients in the current products I was using that aren’t best for staying on my type of skin and showed real knowledge about the ingredients and impact those ingredients can have on your wear and look. I missed the window to complete the receipt survey, so I wanted to take the time to share my feedback here because he deserves a shout out. I’ve never been happier with how my makeup is looking and I owe that to him. PS: I also really appreciate Sephora’s awesome return policy that aims to help people like me find the perfect product without wasting.

I would personally give it a 1 star with my experience but I don't feel as it is necessary, since the store was clean and organized. I recently went around 1pm on my lunch break to look for a lip liner and lipstick combo for my wedding. I'm not the typical person to go into one of these stores. If I do it is usually ULTA, and it's for something I already know about and just need to refill. I was never greeted, personally lost with all the options of items I could chose from. I was passed by several employees that seemed rushed to get other things done. There were maybe 5 total customers in the store and no one once greeted me, being the lost soul I was. The store is a bit over whelming if you don't know what you are looking for exactly. I was hoping to find this combo before my big day that is coming up. Maybe I will have to try out another location.

I went in today to find a foundation to cover my melasma. Ebony helped me pick the perfect one and it does exactly what I need it to! She was so helpful and very nice!

Just wanted to brag on Kayla who did mine and my moms makeup for our photoshoot/ graduation. Very personable/ friendly and did a BOMB job

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the WORST and most DISRESPECTFUL and INCOMPETENT Sephora I have EVER been to. The RUDEST employees that judge you from head to toe. I was ready to spend over 1K and the service was SO HORRIBLE I walked out. AWFUL. Not helpful at all. I would NEVER recommend this Sephora location. HORRIBLE!!!!! Just shop online!! The employees are useless.
