Seattle, Washington I ws there f Christmas. I left my product by Accident. The cashier kept my items safe at the register until I wz able to get bk & pick the items up. Sue was pleasant.

The staff was so kind and helpful while I was looking for wigs that fit my hair style, the prices were lower than expected which is always a bonus, and the store had so many products to choose from, from makeup products to endless hair accessories. Absolutely wonderful experience and I can't thank the staff enough for their hard work.

I'm half korean and half white. Even still, the korean ladies working there were rude and unprofessional to me. Followed me around pretending to straighten up things practically the whole time I was there. Seems they are equal opportunity offenders and suspicious of many customers. I want a wig to wear on occasion so didn't want to spend too much. Maybe that's why they gave me such poor service? i said thank you and goodbye in korean when leaving and they didn't even respond. I live and take care of my aging korean mom and asked her why they were so rude when the korean people we know are so nice. She thinks they are low class and didn't learn any manners. I'll be buying my wig elsewhere.

Had the worst experience here went in To get a wig for a funeral one of the ladies there followed me and my daughter around the whole time. Got a attitude with us when we were asking questions told My Daughter not to touch the wigs. Snatched one of the wigs away from me when I decided I didn’t want it just very unprofessional. I will not be going back here nor will I recommend this place to anybody I know looking for a hair store. They have a three Wig only try on policy yet after the first wig I tried on. She started yelling no more no more no more.

I have a love and hate relationship with the place! Some days I’m followed around and asked many strange questions, other days I’m treated nicely. It really sucks this is the only place that carries the hair products I love.

They have a large inventory at this beauty supply but the prices are wild. Just shop online instead or check out a different store. Also they'll follow you around while you're shopping so that's annoying.

Customer service skills skipped the people that work here, they walk around following and watching you as if every one steals, when black people are there best customers that shop there, over priced products.......
