I want to start by saying that I usually love shopping at Ulta because the customer service is always so friendly and helpful. However, during my recent visit, I felt dismissed by the cashier. When I used a gift card and asked where to find the remaining balance, she told me to ‘just read it on the receipt’ in a tone that felt condescending. It made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was bothering her for asking a simple question. I’m sharing this feedback because my experiences there are typically very positive." I just didn’t appreciate the cashier Emma not trying to help me with a simple question or her not trying to show any personality with me after I shared how great the deals were, and she just ignored me and then made me feel like inconvenienced her with trying to find my remaining balance on my gift card. Walking away. That’s not Ulta beauty great customer service if you ask me.

Don’t come to this location if you’re looking for any of the more affordable brands (Morphe, ColourPop, L'Oréal, etc) I come here regularly and every single time this section of the store is so ran through and out of stock on every common shade. Annoying!

Went to get my hair done with Katharine Solis, she said she could do platinum blonde like I asked, she wasn’t able to color my roots the first session so she told me to go back the next day to finish her work, I did as she told me, everything was okay. But then next day I went and she did highlights on my roots with bleach and then left me there for more than 40mins as she went to her break and left me alone, it seemed that she wasn’t in a good mood. When she came back she put more bleach on my hair and then said it was getting gummy so she had to quickly rinse off but my hair was so processed it started to FALL OFF. When she was washing my hair I heard her say something along the lines of "this was bound to happen" and went to the trash to throw away chunks of hair that had fallen off. I wanted to cry when she started to brush my hair and she told me it was very delicate and that I shouldn’t even brush it, as I stood up I saw the floor covered in my hair and I touched my hair and as I smooth it out it wouldn’t stop falling. There was another client there and she was also surprised on how long strands of my hair were falling off from the root. I told Katharine and she said it was normal since she had bleached it, I was so mad that I wanted to leave, but she kept saying that it was completely normal but I’ve had my hair bleached before and it is not normal, I use to have a lot of hair (I remember Katharine saying how I had hard strong hair) but now pieces of my hair are missing around my temples (my hair now parts from those sides as you can tell from the picture) and my hair volume is so small. She over processed my hair and now I can’t even brush it because it breaks from the root or even straighten it since it looks so little hair. I never write reviews, especially bad ones but I’m so disappointed because my hair has NEVER been this damaged and thinned in my entire life. I left crying, please save your money, because they charged me almost $400, and go to another salon.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to a worker who really helped me out today! Her name was Kayla. She was so patient and extremely sweet, she was super helpful in finding me the perfect shade of foundation. She gave me great recommendations and allowed me to compare multiple foundation to find the perfect shade and the brand that works best with my skin. I am so excited to wear my new foundation!

rude employees who keep the promotional gifts for themselves and negate them to you in front of other customers, there humiliating you ! 🤩 do not recommend, they’re mean girls fr

A hairstylist, Katherine, was very rude the last time I was here. My experience at this Ulta is usually very good but that worker had a rude attitude toward her client and the client was not happy about her hairstyle and she did nothing about it, telling her she had to pay more in order for her to fix it. Do better Ulta!!Usually this company is very good at staffing excellent staff but this is NOT a person to do your hair with people.

I have been going to this stores location for abit now. Very happy with the service I continue to receive. I have recently interacted with a rep name Mallory . She's very informative with a great attitude, takes time to listen and really cares about the individual she is speaking too. She's never pushing every product she can sell, but instead she's taking the time and showing you what she thinks will work the best for you. I'm excited that we were able to narrow down my facial cleansing & moisturizing to fewer steps than I have been doing. I always leave happy and content. Appreciate her smile, humor, great talks and help. ❤️
