I came to this store for my daughter's Christmas and everyone was so nice friendly and helpful. Mckenna especially! She was so helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. She didn't try and over sell me stuff which I love. The store is very clean and organized although I noticed some of the prices are crazy over priced. I'm not sure if that's the actual manufacturer's or Ultra themselves but man who ever it is shame on them. Chapstick for 16.99 are you kidding me, a lady in line told me there were curling irons over $200. That's just crazy to me a curl is a curl. I'm sure the Walmart $30 curling iron that comes with 4 different wands will do the same job. So why are we doing this to each other, just STOP please there are so many people that would love to shop here but just can't afford it. 💔 the last thing is they need more checkers especially here at Christmas the line was so long. Oh, I did notice while waiting in line they had a recycling bin for empty product bottles that you can bring in which is nice so thank you for that. Other than that the store is beautiful. Thank you again Mckenna for helping me and everyone else I seen you helping, you really know how to work the floor. Very good with customers. Thanks again and Merry Christmas

This Ulta is always my go to place to shop for skincare and makeup. They have tons of products at a range of price points and lots of services. Today I went in to get some new skincare items and an associate named Courtney helped me out. She was so kind and easy to talk to and instantly asked if I needed help or had a question. She was not only kind but was also so knowledgeable about the products and the ingredients in the products and their benefits and she had great recommendations for me! Thank you so much Courtney I’m so excited to try my new products out!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done at Ulta for a couple months now with Abby and Courtney and I have to say they are absolutely the best! They always considered the shape of my face and what I wanted but always had great input. They are the sweetest and make me feel super comfortable, I go back because of how amazing they have left my brows.

Their costumer service is beyond rude every time I go in there they are rude and push to get u to buy and out the door even if its 10 mins till closing. The long red haired gal that stands around in the back is no help and snooty! So much attitude and you can read her face she doesnt actually care about concerns when you ask. Tells you there is nothing for hair loss and walks away. Don't recommend her at all if youre experiencing hair loss like myself. Kennewick ulta is so rude and stuck up i left with nothing because of their attitudes! I don't recommend this store unless you know exactly what you need. They dont try to help you. Buy and get out is their motto. No compassion for customers. Eye rolling and all.

Gabriella is amazing!! I know nothing about makeup and needed a full comp set for my daughter. She definitely saved me from buying the wrong stuff. Gave us advice on how to apply it and really helped us pick the correct colors!! She deserves a raise!! Thank you!!
