Walmart Supercenter

I’ve shopped and relied on our Jupiter Walmart for many years! Apparently for whatever diabolical corporate nonsensical reason corporate has decided to do a massive overhaul renovation that has been ongoing for months now. I’m surprised every employee has not walked out! The store is a maze of narrow dead end aisles and a mishmash of random inventory. Not even the employees know where anything is. Such a disservice to our community and its employees. I seriously don’t see how Walmart is going to pull out of this mess. Amazon, Costco or Target (even the dollar store) will get my business over Walmart moving forward. I just can’t anymore. Not sure who made this awful decision but you folks need an emergency board meeting to fire them and right this ship! Our community deserves better!

Tierra, is a rock star, she listened w patience understood my issue and helped me get a resolution. All done w a smile. This dramatically changed my view o my experience at Walmart. She is great!

If I Could give this store zero stars I would. Even if I check in advance to see if something is available online and it says that it is in stock,, it is never there when I arrive. In particular, the fishing section is terribly mismanaged. I went to pick up some weights today and there were whole boxes that were empty. Perhaps if an employee paid attention and noticed an empty box they could order a new one. In addition, the stuff that is in stock is always on the wrong shelf. Today I tried to purchase something for $5.97. When I got to the counter, it was $6.97. At that point I just left. I’m not sure if the problem is that the employees don’t care or that management is unfit. Either way, I will avoid the store at all costs in the future.

This stop was not extremely convenient but I was able to get what I needed-eventually. It almost looked like they were under construction in one part of the store which kind of confused where everything was. Took a little while going up and down the isles, but I finally located my items. Parking is another issue. Unless there was more in another place, it didn’t seem the parking is adequate. I did find a place to park for which I am thankful, but the lot was full.

well, I wouldn’t always give this place five stars. Paul definitely helped out with my review today. Thank you to the employee Paul for helping me find numerous items and being kind Need more people like you.

A store the size of Walmart should not be closing the pharmacy for lunch. Hire another pharmacist if you have to. The pharmacy closes at 7p. If people can’t get prescriptions during their lunch because you’re at lunch you need to rethink things. And also to share your lunch hours on your apps/website/Google so people know when you’re closed. Already transferred my meds elsewhere.

Prices are now ridiculous, but they don't use any of those huge profits to bother hiring staff. With insufficient cashiers, customers are pushed to self service, but the program they use in the self service cash registers monitors your movements and then decides that you're stealing, freezes the machine until a cashier can come over and confirm that you did not steal by reviewing the video. However you have to go search for said person because there aren't enough of them either. And if you think you get an apology, you would be sadly mistaken. I've never stolen from them, but it's $7.88 for a personal size watermelon I would say they have attempted to steal from me.
