Visited this beauty supply store with my daughter as they apparently have everything she needs or wants as far as beauty supplies are concerned. I stepped into the store to take a look a men's fragrances and they had a nice selection and some good prices and deals on some of the fragrances on the day I visited the store. The only reason I deducted a star from the review is because the selection, at least for men's fragrances, was minimal. It would be nice if it was expanded. Overall, still a good store.

About a week ago I went to ulta beauty in Jonesboro and Tristan was such a big help and very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and moore. He was very friendly and made my experience a great one..... I love and appreciate those who knows what customer service is. Because now days most people don't know or don't care as well as the company, who's not training properly or not training at all, and has lowered the standards and practices. So thank you Tristan 😊

Was having trouble finding the right shade of foundation for my skin tone. Michelle went through great lengths to find me the perfect match for my bestfriends wedding. She was super patient and very kind. She held a great conversation. I recommend anybody to go see her for your beauty needs!!

I visited Ulta to redeem my birthday gift and had a poor experience. I do not shop here often, so I asked an employee how the birthday gift worked. She told me to go all the way down and that it was in a case, but did not point or explain where. I walked down the aisle and could not find it because the display was covered by a foggy, dirty case. I asked another employee for help and was told something different, that the gifts were behind the counter and I needed to ask someone. I was given conflicting information and no clear direction. Both employees had a snobby tone and did not make an effort to help. I have worked in customer service, and this interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially after explaining that it was my birthday. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Plans sometimes fall through. On the day of my wedding, I had to find hair and makup stylists at the last minute. I was so happy they were able to fit me in for my hair, as well as put up with my frustration. My big day was perfect.

Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. They did a great job on my hair and eye brows will definitely go back

Dec. 2025: Very well staffed, and the crazy holiday shopping lines went super fast. Still always impressed with how helpful the staff are. ✅ Updated July 2025: The store is still a wonderful place to shop, very clean, and nice friendly people to help. It still really needs more little mirrors on each aisle! 🙏🏻 *** VERY HELPFUL AND KIND PEOPLE!!! Only one recommendation-- please add face mirrors to every aisle! I had to walk around with samples to find a mirror to try them! 🤣
