I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at the store today. I have been a longtime customer, which makes this situation even more concerning to me. I purchased a short-length boho braid, and when it was rung up at the register, the price came to $17.99. I questioned this because the longer version of the same boho braid was priced at $8.99. It does not make sense that a shorter length would cost significantly more than a longer one. I have also purchased the same boho braids in the past for $10.99. Unfortunately, when I asked the staff for clarification, no one was able to provide an explanation for the pricing difference. Both products appear to come from the same manufacturer and supplier, which made the discrepancy even more confusing. As a loyal customer, I was very surprised and disappointed by what feels like misleading pricing. Beware of false advertisement. They have signs saying this brand that I love is 50% off. Get to the register and they refuse to give me the discount… stating it has to have a sticker on it. Where on this sign does it say items with stickers only? And then the cashier was talking to me like I was slow bc they didn’t properly display the discount. Won’t be back…

I shop here all the time..And I usually spend A few hundred every visit...Well I went in there this morning was treating VERY RUDELY by a short older Chinese employee..Mind you there was a store FULL of employees and NO ONE came over to asked if I needed help....I went and found someone to asked for help with a wig...She was very Rushy, act like she was to busy to assist!!!..If she didn't want to be bothered..WHY not have someone else with a pleasant professional attitude come and assist 😡....I really liked shopping here because of the variety, but I just CAN NOT ALLOW someone to treat me any kind of way...I told her that's okay..I'll take my business elsewhere

First time in there almost missed it, from the street the view looks like the front, but turn it's open and they have great prices and a huge selection. This will be my new go to spot for hair products.

I am SO glad this store opened up over here! It’s absolutely beautiful, and the customer service is great as well! I was able to try on a couple of wigs, and I found one that I really fell I love with. The selection here is IN. SANE. From hair products to jewelry to clothing to toiletries, this hair store has everything except food 😂 I am so stoked that this store opened up on this side of town! I’ll definitely be a regular here.

Don’t order from their website unless you want your ENTIRE order cancelled without any type of notice. No phone call. No email. Nothing. Also, don’t bother calling their store to even ask about the cancellation because they decline your call on the second ring. (Phone number on Google page is exactly the same as the website) If you really don’t want to speak to a customer, at least let it keep ringing so it goes to voicemail. It’s 2025 — everyone knows the difference. 🙂‍↔️

They don’t have gift cards! Not even at Christmas, otherwise they have a good variety and as my granddaughter says great prices. But not being able to give a gift card for purchases at Christmas I can’t imagine why not.
