I booked both injection and wax services, and each one exceeded my expectations. My injector was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure I understood every step. She even accommodated an after-hours appointment for me (with a small fee), which I really appreciated given my schedule. Priced reasonably! Her feedback and expertise made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the services I was receiving. The wax specialist was just as wonderful. She’s super friendly, welcoming, and works with a wide variety of patients with absolutely no discrimination or judgment. Her bedside manner is excellent. You can easily tell both providers comes from great clinical backgrounds. Overall, it was truly a great experience. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone looking for high-quality esthetic services. Additionally, what makes this clinic even more special is that it’s a women’s lead Black-owned speciality. That adds an extra layer of warmth, attention to detail, and cultural understanding that makes the entire experience feel even more personable and inviting for me. I recently visited this business and I LOVE the women there. I felt very welcomed and cared for. Now I'm looking through the services to find an excuse to go back, I do have another mole I could remove! I spent 30(something) years needing to have a mole removed and it's silly how easy it was.
