Korean Blooming Cosmetics

I found this Korean skin care store although the building is a bit on the smaller side it sells all sort of products. I got a little lost in their products selection but I did purchase and pore minimizing face mask. I tried it for the first time and it felt pretty refreshing;I’m hoping I see some real improvement!

Been going to this location every so often for ~8 years now. They sometimes offer really good deals, you may just need to research to know what prices those products typically go for. One lady though, she knew her stuff. She could clock my eczema every time I came in and has taught me about various active ingredients that I still use. And they offer deals if I tell them I am thinking about purchasing a substantial amount, I am very happy with all the christmas gifts I got from here and their consistent level of service. They actually do price better than other stores that I see, just look out for the sales.

Good selection of stuff but very pricy. They also mainly only had earrings for the jewelry section, but I was hoping to find more necklaces and bracelets. You can find cuter and better stuff online but the shop here is well stocked.

A girl rang my order up wrong. I asked her to correct. She was extremely rude. I have never been spoken to this way before. This is the worst retail experience I have ever had in my life. If you’re considering shopping here, be cautious. The products might draw you in, but the way you are treated may leave you questioning whether it is worth it. This is the third time I have left the store feeling profiled for being a person of color. Employees follow me under the pretense of "just looking around" but somehow it always happens exactly where I am. When I went to pay, the Asian customer ahead of me was greeted warmly. When it was my turn, the cashier avoided eye contact, looked down, and wordlessly held out her hand. It felt dismissive, as if my presence was a bother. The pattern is clear. The staff is rude and they reserve their friendliness for Asian or White customers only. I have read other reviews from Latino customers describing the same experience. I have been shopping here since 2016. I am a professional with standing in my field, and just because I wear shorts and sneakers does not mean I cannot afford these products or that I should be treated with less dignity. Awful service, racial profiling, discriminatory and consistently rude staff. Three strikes, you’re out!

Cute little shop with a lot of different cosmetics, jewelry and gifts! This store has a very cute simple aesthetic. Customer service was friendly and they suggested some face masks to try! Overall a very well kept store. Definitely have to stop by! You’d be surprised with the things you’ll find and will definitely will be walking out with something ☺️

Worst customer service ever. The store shows that it closes at 9:00 PM on Sunday. My mom and I arrived at 8:15 PM, and there were still a few customers inside. The girl had locked the door, so I knocked and showed her that the closing time is 9:00 PM. After we came in, she rushed us to pick our items. I was standing by the mirror trying some lipsticks to show my mom, and another girl came up with a vacuum and kept hitting our shoes with it. When we tried to pay, she gave us the worst attitude, saying, "Please sign. You don’t see that?" She also scoffed at my mom, which was very disrespectful. This was one of the rudest and most unprofessional experiences we’ve ever had.
