First time here and they had everything i needed and customer service was good

stopped by earlier and was greeted with great energy & even friendlier customer service at the counter!! Not to mention the stock + pricing of the store is one of the best in the area!!!

I use to enjoy coming to this store, but now there prices have gotten extremely high. One dude that works here use to try and work with you on there high prices and give a good deal, or even price match, but lately it’s been other people at the counter who don’t work with you at all. I enjoy the store the prices are just too damn high now and for that I will not be coming here anymore sadly.

This is the best beautician store in all of Houston make no mistake

This store is nice but I’m giving 4 stars bc I was charged more than the sticker price on one of my items. Idk if it was a typo or not but it’s important to pay attention and punch in numbers accurately so you don’t overcharge customers. Because in my eyes and mind, that’s equivalent to stealing from me. Anyway, that was my first time coming here.

I had a great experience shopping with K beauty supply. Though the store seemed a bit crowded, they had such a variety of products it made sense. The customer service was great. I was thoroughly helped and the associate made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I only got 2 bundles of hair but the product itself was better than expected. I definitely plan to return again if I’m in the area.

Came here this morning No greeting but I got followed around the whole store didn't ask if I needed help finding anything. Get to the register the wig I was trying to purchase rung up the wrong price so I told the lady she said it's ringing up more and she didn't even bother to go check the price or anything poor customer service and to follow ppl around the store an not offer help is even sadder NOT EVERYONE STEAL PPL WORK FOR THERE MONEY !!!
