Foxx beauty supply

The two girls who helped me this morning were amazing at helping me find the right extensions. They need a raise! I love this store and will be coming back because of them!

Extremely poor customer service, older asian lady will harass you all around the store if you are a black women in your 20’s-30’s , they force you to spend $5 if paying with a card which is illegal and a poor business practice

Very nice and helpful staff. They also have a great selection of hair for new trendy styles and colors.

After being a customer for over 5 years, I needed an exchange for the first time because I bought the wrong hair. Asian older lady thats the manager had a bad attitude with me over an exchange. I had my receipt it’s not like I asked for a refund. They have no black women working there to even give advice on the best quality hair. Trust me it’s better places in Houston to spend your money! Definitely won’t be returning!

I’ve been coming here for several years , this is my to-go place for my lashes ! They have so many styles and reasonable prices . I tried on several wigs with my sister and a lady was very nice and helped us out. **** Due to COVID-19, you MUST wear a mask and your temperature gets checked prior to entering the store .

You can ask for assistance and received it quickly. No standing in long lines.

Workers are RUDE. Went to buy nose piercings and they were switching cashiers and I noticed when i left I was overcharged for 3 piercings when I only had left with one. Went back in to ask and accused me of stealing watched the cameras back and everything.I did not steal any extras. Piercings turned green after a week do not spend your money here!!! I regret not getting a refund right there.
