Aesop Ala Moana

Momo is AWESOME! It is rare to find a Senior Sales Associate who is truly amazing anywhere these days.. Momo is kind, so knowledgeable, extremely experienced and helpful in Aesop products, and so very polite and pleasant. She helped me narrow down and find the perfume scents I like from Aesop (from 12 scents to 2!), and took notes in my profile. She made keen observations on what fragrance families I liked and suggested similar fragrances in body wash or lotion. She offered drinks and towels, and never made me feel pressured to buy or pressure to leave the store. She greeted and took care of every customer that came in and made everyone feel valued despite being busy. And lastly, she packaged my purchase SO beautifully with attention to detail such as throwing in personalized samples and spritzing it with the scent. She’s AMAZING and should be the role model for any sales person. I took 1 star off, not for Momo, but for the other Aesop associate whose name I can’t recall. She seemed new because she didn’t know how to process a return and had to call her manager, and then when I had another return to make, she LITERALLY made a sour face, turned me down and said that "it’s too much for a day." "It’s too much!?" Don’t you WORK here? That kind of attitude will get you nowhere in life.. I hope they train her better or find a better salesperson because I will not be buying anything from her and probably would avoid interacting with her because she made me feel so uncomfortable.

The three of us walked into Aesop after biking 20minutes from Waikiki beach. We were greeted with the friendliest, most inviting and patient staff, "K" (whose name I typed down and then accidentally cut and never pasted 🥲. Sorry! You’re amazing!!). He explained the products we had questions about and addressed our concerns. Deserves a promotion. We ended up buying a travel sized rose scented shower gel and a resurrection hand creme. Highly recommended this location ✨

One of our favorite memories from our recent trip, and all due to Momo. She was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about all the products (which I could only shop online before visiting and was excited to try them all). My husband and I had a wonderful time trying all the fragrances and ended up purchasing one each. Definitely go in and smell Hwyl and Rōzu! Thank you again Momo for a lovely experience and we hope to be back!

I love this store! When I walk in I always feel welcomed. The workers are super nice and friendly and they are able to explain the benefits when using their products. When I bought the hand sanitizer I was sent home with a lot of samples to use on my face since I mentioned I was breaking out. The face wash, toner and mask that I got worked wonders on my skin. My skin cleared up within the 3 days of using their products. I highly recommend this store because the service is great and if you get your hands washed you leave feeling really relaxed. Overall it’s a great experience and if you’re ever shopping at ala Moana, take some time to walk in and check it out!

Myself working in the retail industry, found Mari and Lani so helpful and super knowledgeable about their products. More than that I appreciate when people working in any sales environment who are willing to demonstrate as to why buy their products and present themselves in a professional manner, which they both did and deserve all the praise. Good work ladies!! Highly recommend buying from them.

LOVED THIS STORE! Went inside out of curiosity and came out with an appreciation for Aesop. Lisa was very welcoming to my friend and I and offered us product samples and educated us about Aesop. I was amazed to learn how articulate Aesop is in everything they do from store design, marketing, product development, and variety. I’ll be a returning customer for sure

staff: Been coming back for this store, I never had bad experience with the staff, theyre very polite and attentive to costumers. they gave me samples i tried and there was no pressure to buy. products: I love the hand cream and serum for face i tried for few days and I really like the effect on my face. Scent of the hand cream is an instant stress reliever.
