I placed an online/pickup in store order, and they refused to honor the online clearance pricing. They said they had everything in stock, but their prices were higher in store; they said they couldn't honor the price I paid and asked me to cancel. I called corporate customer service, who called the store and made them agree to honor the price I paid. Instead, the store canceled the order. I called corporate customer service again, and the store reportedly told them my order was ready and canceled "by mistake". They said I could order again and pick up. I went to order again, and all 8 items were listed as "out of stock" for that store. I'm petty, so I checked their store in person and confirmed they were not out of stock. Why they couldn't honor Sally corporate website pricing - who knows? But they clearly had a problem with me escalating it up the ladder. Terrible customer service. Go to the store on 280 or Johns Hawkins instead.

The sweetest guy works here! He was super friendly and helpful and made the experience fun!

Today we went to look for some things, we are Spanish speakers she didn't know Spanish and we didn't know English we were never disrespectful with her, we just asked her something and she we understood okay that's fine, what's not right was how she reacted she yelled at us and told us that she couldn't speak Spanish, she left she almost pushed us she was African-American with rose tattoos, the customer service on her part is horrible.

I’m SO pleased with your customer service. If anyone out there needs ANY help with color… ask for Darci, she knows it all, and not just how to fix your hair, but how to keep it healthy as well. The prices are fair and the environment is clean. Staff always willing to help you find something. They also have discount cards for hairstylists.

Had an amazing experience. The young girl who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products and knew all the do's and don'ts of hair care!!! She saw my daughter's hair texture and immediately knew what to request for her hair type!!! 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!
