NakedMD Med Spa Henderson

I had my first appointment at NakedMD Med Spa in Henderson last Friday and had a great experience. The office was busy when I arrived (always a good sign), and they were running a new client special for filler and tox. I had an initial consult with an assistant where we went over photos, inspo, and filler options, followed by a second consult with my injector, Sarah. While it might be helpful to have the injector involved from the start, Sarah ultimately helped me choose the best filler for the look I wanted. Sarah was amazing—thorough, sweet, knowledgeable, and very precise with a light hand. She gave great post-care instructions and even added extra tips I appreciated. She has a fun, slightly "bossy" way about her that honestly made my night. The office is clean and professional, staff wear matching uniforms and headsets, and everything ran smoothly. I also received a free facial that I’ll be using in April to prep for my wedding. I highly recommend NakedMD Henderson—definitely ask for Sarah.

My first time getting tox and fillers in years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The whole experience was so pleasant. I had a few concerns, but I truly felt heard and comfortable when talking to the team. The attention to detail was amazing, and the entire team was friendly, welcoming and easygoing. Erika, the studio manager was great, and Vera, my injector, was incredibly kind, supportive, and talented. Sarah also helped me and gave me her advice. It was a really nice experience. I highly recommend them!

Vea was professional, welcoming and very informative. Love how she made me feel before and after the service. Her technique was exceptional! I would highly recommend her! I love how we were acknowledged & offered beverages right away. Overall visit was very pleasant, such a great team and made us feel comfortable and cared for. 1000% coming back!

The staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, and the space itself is beautiful. It was my first time getting any filler and the nurses who came to do my history check, before photos, and my injector were all so positive and eased any nerves I had. My injector was Vea, so sweet!! She was really knowledgeable about my particular goals and was very honest about what the best approach was to achieving those goals. Very happy with my experience!

I have never done or tried anything that required needles to go to my face. I've always been very intimidated by these kinds of places actually, but the staff here made me feel so incredibly heard and comfortable. I had Nurse Sarah, she helped with my PRF and sculptura, and she was an angel. From beginning to end, she explained everything in such detail and was such a delight! I still have 2 more treatments, and so far so good! Looking forward to my next visit! Recommend to anyone looking!

This was my first time getting lip injections done, and I was really nervous, but everyone that worked with me made me feel super comfortable and excited! I worked with Sarah and she was absolutely amazing. She made my lips look so perfect and was always honest with me the entire time about what was going on and how everything was going to look even made my mom feel very comfortable! I definitely recommend coming here. I definitely recommend working with Sarah and will definitely be returning.

Jamiee was such a delight, this is my second time here & she made my first facial experience so wonderful we had such a wholesome conversation. I will definitely be back for her to do my facials <3 Sarah did my lip fillers for the first time back in November & also made that experience very smooth as well. I loved how she did them & took her time with me that definitely made me feel confident in how my results were going to be. Sarah was the sweetest & super patient with me. I have nothing but nice things to say about Jamiee & Sarah I would love to be back soon for them!
