I had a Door dash delivery here. Had no idea where to start on tbe 5 products. Luckily Melody saw me struggling and found all 4 in 30 secs. She saved me 15 mins at least. When I left the store I smelled great. The aromas were everywhere.

Today was the first time i had Jessica at the salon. All I can say is WOW! Not only is she an expert, she's kind and friendly and made me feel like the most important person in the store. As for the finished product, I don't think I've ever been happier with my hair! Jessica, you rock and you are now MY stylist! Thanks so much!

I booked an eyebrow wax appointment online the day of. When I arrived, I was notified that there was a little bit of an issue with the booking system and that the next person could get to me in about 10 to 15 minutes. I did wait about 20 minutes, but my waxer was wonderful and did an amazing job! When I got to check out, the sales representative had a small gift bag of a couple products for me for waiting. It was not expected or necessary, but extremely kind of them to go out of the way when there was just a small hiccup. Great staff, service and products!

Last time ever going in there unfortunately. I thought people were lying when they said that the cashiers are not the nicest but they certainly were not! This is the 3rd time I’ve went in there and have been treated like scum, not a customer. I WAS greeted by a darker skinned woman that was very nice!

After leaving my Fiancés job I was excited to come here and look for some new fragrances I’ve been wanting to try out. I came in and was not greeted. A few more ladies came in right after me and was greeted. I then proceed to walk and a tall white guy asked if I needed anything. I turned back around to ask him where may I find the perfumes. He had the nastiest attitude and just pointed. That was strike as to when I should have just left. I walk back to the perfumes and there’s a girl dressed in her pajamas who seemed as if she did not want to be there. I turned around and a young lady I believe her name was Lyn or Kim I can’t remember but she had on a burgundy shirt. She was extremely nice but just followed me around the whole time. When I was walking out the two black girls at the front looked upset and mad. I nicely walked out and left because this store alone energy screams I hate my job. I want next door to 5 below and ran into the young lady who was also smelling scents and we started talking about how bad the service is here. Please do better because if I was a secret shop EVERYONE would of failed.

This was my first visit to the Ulta at this location. I decided to kill two birds with one stone after my trip into Ingles. It wasn’t far from Ingles and wasn’t hard to find. They have started an early early Black Friday sale. I went in for an eyebrow pencil, and was helped by the friendliest young man. He offered suggestions and showed me the different eyebrow products they carry. It was such a pleasant shopping experience there, and it saved me from having to stop at Ulta in Easley.

Nae was extremely helpful and patient as I switched out one of my products at checkout since their Inky List promo was out of stock. She threw in a different free sample instead! Very sweet.
