My facial with Rachel was hands down the best facial I have ever received, and the perfect reset for a snowy winter day. I cannot believe the meticulous work that Rachel does with her hands. My face feels refreshed, renewed and lifted, all without the use of a machine. I trust the products Rachel uses and know they are clean - no chemicals involved. I had one of the best birthday gifts I gave myself yesterday, I decided to make the 5.5 hour trip to Lorde Beauty in Grand Rapids and I was not disappointed. Rachel met me at the door, all though I could not see her smile due to the mask her hello was warm and inviting.
