I've been going to Lauren for 2 years now. Each time I go in for my hair, I leave feeling so much more confident. Not just because of the amazing hair services she provides. But also because she connects with her clients so easily and helps them boost their confidence while in her chair. Can not recommend Lauren enough

I was there A month ago and I really enjoyed the service. Everyone was really nice. Very helpful. I was looking for special make up to cover a tattoo and they provided a letter choices and I was very pleased. I also used your hair salon and the clinician Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. I will visit again.

This might be a pity review but i think that others should be aware. I stopped by to purchase a perfume, and there was a couple of them that I equally liked. I noticed that one of them had a "free gift with purchase" sign so, I chose that one. Mind you, perfumes are freaking expensive!!!! After picking the perfume, I kept browsing and I noticed that there was also a "free gift with purchase" for some body soap, and body lotions. Ok, I used that a lot, so I purchased the required amount to qualify for the "free gift". I get to the register, I paid for my items, but I didn't get the "free gifts". I mentioned it to the cashier and right away she told me they were out of the "free items". She didn't even look to see if they had any left so that leads me to believe that she knew this before I paid for my order. I tell the cashier that the "free gifts" were they a deciding, factor for my purchase of that particular perfume, and the body soaps. Again the cashier says there is nothing she can do. Behind the counter, close to the cashier, was a man, and this man stepped in and he said, that if I call customer service, I would get my gifts. The man gave me a phone number to call. I told the man that I had had this problem before and that customer service had told me to go back to the store for them to give me a "replacement free gift". I returned to the store, and I was told that there was not such a thing as a "replacement free gift", so, I didn't get a gift that time either. The man stated that there was nothing they can do there. He "assured" me that if I called the number, I was going to receive my gifts. Well, I called the #. I will not be receiving any gifts. Customer service told me that if I didn't purchase the items on line, there was nothing they can do. I guess that it would be best to ask at the front if the "free item" is still available before making a purchase.

I don't usually leave reviews but Alyssa Malone did an amazing haircut with a blow out I was so scared after I had a bad experience elsewhere. she went through and explained everything during our consultation helped ease my fears and definitely delivered on her work thank you so much I recommend going to her for your hair services

Aliza is such a sweet young lady and definitely does an amazing job with eyebrow wax and tint! It was the first time I did tint on my eyebrows and she explained everything so well! I was super happy with the results! Thank you Aliza and I will see you soon🤗

If you're big into makeup, fragrances and all things to make you beautiful Ulta Beauty is the place for you! Everything is set up by the different makers of beauty products. There are medium to high priced products. It's really a beautiful store inside with plenty of pleasant people to help you. Parking was easy on the North side. Handicapped spaces available!

It's taken me awhile to post this review, but would give minus stars if I could. I have been a client of Ulta for years with another stylist but she called out and will be going out on maternity leave so thought would give this location and another stylist a try. I'm not sure what I did to this stylist but felt she wanted to go out of her way to ruin my hair and I could be wrong but what I ended up with was horrible like to where people are what the hell happened from the cut to the color its just awful, people have asked where I got it done and said well I'll never go there. What made me decide to finally leave a review is the manager was like well we could fix it but will be a week or so or give you 30% off, which after paying $400 felt like nothing then she threw in dried out lipstick samples as a we are sorry, I don't wear lipstick and they were dried out. I'm sure there are other stylist that are great there but I am pretty sure will never go there again
