Kohl's

My husband and I were shopping with our three-year-old daughter, and we received the best customer service we have ever had at Kohl’s thanks to four incredible employees: Guadalupe, Philip, Jose, and Samayra. All four were super friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond, especially by checking every price we asked about without hesitation and making sure everything was correct. We had quite a few shopping bags, and they even went out of their way to help us carry our bags to our vehicle, which we genuinely appreciated—especially while shopping with a young child. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive this level of care and attention, and their teamwork really stood out. Employees like these are exactly why customers return to Kohl’s, and they absolutely deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. Thank you all!

The Sephora employee that sold me the perfume set was very misleading she made it seem like the product I was buying was larger than it really was. And when I specifically asked her if I could return it she said she didn't know. The sephora manger then called Zeke another manager over just so that he could stand there and not try the least bit to help. He gave me corporates number and said that was all he could do. Even the conversation the two were having with each other made Zeke seem uniformed. I asked if he could call the store manager or the district manager and he refused because there wasn't they could do. He himself was giving me misleading information. He said I had to go the stand alone Sephoras to use coupons and the othe girl was telling him no it could only be used there at Khols Sephora. He refused to do anything. It was just so disappointing to find out your manager won't even try to help me after they continously misinform the customer. Everyone needs better training especially Zeke, his demener was shrewd, and slightly combative, I was calm and nice and simply expressing how it was truly misleading information, and it was like he was waiting for an argument and and I was just politely explaining myself. For this reason I will not be returning to Khols for a long time.

This store is often well stocked and not super busy. They have an Amazon return at the customer service counter and are open I believe in till 10:00 p.m. which is quite convenient

This location has a lot of inventory and carries clothes for the whole family as well as shoes, fashion accessories, jewelry, home goods, linens, seasonal decor, and small appliances. The restrooms are consistently clean. Finding help can be a challenge, but when you do get help, the employees are very helpful.

Overall love kohls but Anna at the register is rude. Shes smacking her gum while talking to you and she has a tone when you ask a question. When i check out, she always and i mean ALWAYS seems bothered to be there. I usually go to riverpark kohls just bc theyre much more nicer there. Every time i come to west kohls, im reminded why i dont come back.

I went to Kohl’s to shop and return some amazon items. The lady that helped me with my returns seemed bothered that I had more than 1 item (6). I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes so I ordered multiple and in different sizes so I could try them on and return the ones that didn’t fit. I don’t think I was did anything wrong. For some reason, she was very short and dismissive of me and kept asking if i was done even though i walked in with a box of returns. I was so bothered that I didn’t even shop the way I wanted to. I just left. I spend a lot of money at this location. I was disappointed to be treated that way at a store I frequent.

It seems like they only run the ac by the registers. The rest of the store was quite hot which made shopping unpleasant. The sales were great, selection was average. Clearance gets picked through fast.
