Today I went to the Cosmetic Market Store in Cool Springs, and Erika gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. She listened to my skin concerns, customized the treatment, and explained each step along the way. My skin feels clean, hydrated, and glowing, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Erika to anyone looking for expert skincare and a little self-care time.

Need help finding the right foundation or concealer or other hair/makeup products? See Jade at the Cool Springs location. She is great! Patient, listens to what you need, helps you find/try out the right products, and honest (if they don't have what you're looking for, she tells you that instead of trying to sell you something that isn't quite right). My first time in the store I had a list of specific needs: medium coverage foundation and concealer in the right shade for my skin tone that is good for mature, very dry skin, clean/minimal ingredients due to eczema and sensitive skin, and didn't want "dewey" look or totally flat matte. Jade took the time to help me find options, apply them to my skin to test color/sensitivity, and choose the best option. Even helped me find micellar water product that didn't irritate my skin. Products are not inexpensive, but they are quality. If you buy a product and find it irritates your skin, etc., you can return within 30 days for store credit. Now I'm a repeat customer. My dudes, go here and get a facial - ya deserve it. Have never had anything less than the best service and experiences here. It's conveniently nestled in Cool Springs so that you can stop in quickly no matter what the errands are that day. The store is bigger than you'd expect and bright with nice displays. The staff have always been kind and beyond helpful to me. I go to see Liv, their in house esthetician, for facials, extractions, and a little eye-brow work as often as I can. Her room is really well done - clean and tidy but also intensely relaxing. She's a delight, knows her stuff, and always has me looking and feeling sharper than when I first came in. She pointed me to their Jack Black products and I'm still impressed.

I have been going to Olivia for my spray tan every week for some time now. She is the BEST in all of Franklin and Nashville in my opinion. My tan is always flawless - whether I want darker in the summer or a little lighter in the fall/winter, she always delivers. She’s professional, accommodating and so incredibly friendly. I have referred her in the past and will continue to do so! She is the best of the best!
