SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had full intentions on spending over $500 this visit for my family's Christmas today. The woman working was rude and extremely unhelpful. I will never shop at this location again. It's the holiday season, if you don't like people, get a different job. Don't take your rough morning out on shoppers.

Stephany I believe she is the manager or a pretend one from what I seen NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! she is the rudest nastiest most vile person EVER. Not only was she extremely rude and passive aggressive, her and her little sidekick (I think her name was Allison) were both giving me dirty looks and tried to pretend that I was standing there asking for help! Honestly save your time and money and go to any of the other two Sephoras in this city cause this one ain’t worth it!

We both mom and dad near the kid and we’re the only customer in sephora at that moment. That staff with ANNOYED FACE not helping us color choosing or something but just only to mentioned about the kid!!!!!!! We can pay/ we will pay if any damage happened. But hey… at that time, our toddler so gentle and in good mood, she has no intention to throwing things. We came here to buy RareBeauty sets for our anniversary but because of that rude customer service, we didnt buy anything at that store...will not visit there next time.. Never face this kind of behavior in other Sephora ..WORST Sephora Experience ever

I love coming to this location (even though its not the closes to me) and that is because of Lauren T. She is - and I'm not exaggerating, AMAZING! She is always friendly, quick to make great recommendations, and very knowledgable on her products. I've been 'out of the makeup' game for a moment, but she gave some great advice on some trending products that I'm very excited to try. If you are at the Sephora inside kohls off Maysville ask for LAUREN!

After a very long week I stopped at the Sephora at kohl’s to pick up a gift for a friend. Meme and Nancy were working and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to create a fun shopping experience. Meme recommended a liquid lipstick that I would never have picked up because I don’t have the confidence for such a bright lip. But she made me feel so beautiful and good about myself that I tried it and I bought it! And Nancy and I searched blushes and discussed some of the viral products we’ve seen lately. I usually shop ulta because it’s closer but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Sephora from now on. Thank you ladies! I will think of you when I rock my pink liquid lip from the *sephora* collection.

I literally just walked out 8/3/23 1:56pm of the Sephora store at Kohls on Maysville Rd Fort Wayne. I sampled no less than 5 concealers of different high end brands (Fenty, Laura Mer, Clinique, etc). 2-3 associates working and in the time I was there max of 4 customers including me in the store. One associate helping another customer with a house brand the entire time. Not one acknowledgment by anyone! Not a hello, not a can I help, not a I’ll be with you in a moment. I know they saw me. This is the 2nd time this has happen at this store. Walked out without spending a dime. Maybe Ulta has the time to help me spend $50-100 on concealer.
