I’ve lived in this area for 5 years and never had an issue although this ulta hasn’t been my first choice. Yesterday I stopped to grab a few things. I picked up two items one was orange tag marked as $19.99 original price $32.99 and the other $18.99. First the cashier seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. There was no good evening no greeting almost as if I wasn’t supposed to approach the area although there were no other customers before me. She tapped the thing "enter your number". Cool… I did. She rang up the items: the one rang up as $32.99. I said that isn’t the price on the shelf. She stared at me as if that was my problem for literally more than 15/20 seconds. No solution, no I’ll check. Nothing. I said ok well then take it off. She did and tapped the thing again. I paid and left. Honestly if you don’t want a job please just leave job for someone who really needs it.

I got my hair done at ulta and to say the littlest I AM OBSESSED!!!! My girl Hayden made me so blonde and beautiful! I am actually so happy and all the stylist are very kind and the Beauty advisors always help me out!

Got my hair cut with Dianne and absolutely loved it. Amazing service, checkout, and employees. Will definitely be coming back!

Get the girl out! The one trying to get you to buy live tinted products. I went in for a specific tint. I was offer to get it tested on my face but once I sit down I get mentioned about the 'live tint' to compare. I was like okay. But the girl obviously got upset because I stook to the one I went in for. Even said they dont have it in stock so I would "have to order" and not walk out with the one I WANTED. The one I AM PAYING FOR. She even went and checked. Well she lied. I went up and got the product myself from the counter. She obviously was upset I didn't get the one she was promoting. I genuinely never have an issue with the staff here but she was unprofessional. It happened today Jan 10 , 2026

Very disappointed with the service from Maria O. I showed up on-time for a scheduled appointment on Monday at 11:00am only to find someone else in her chair. She asked me to wait a few minutes, I waited over an hour with no acknowledgment, no offer of water, and no update. I overheard her and the manager move my appointment down without asking me first, completely no respect for my time. When I asked Maria how much longer she would be, she seemed irritated and acted like I didn’t even have an appointment. I’m not hispanic but I am bilingual, I understand Spanish very well. I overheard Maria speaking unprofessionally about me in Spanish with her client, clearly assuming I wouldn’t understand. That was completely disrespectful, and uncalled for. I recently moved to the area to begin work with a prominent law firm and wanted to look my best for my first week, but instead I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I refuse to pay for that kind of treatment or support a business that makes customers feel excluded.

I've been getting my hair done by their hairstylist, Angela B., for well over a year now. I'm very picky about who I see. I have very thick hair and I'm usually in the chair for a while so I want a stylist who I can enjoy the time with. Angela is such fun and really makes it a fun time!! She does an amazing job and has tackled every crazy idea I've had and it's turned out beyond my expectations!! Everyone at work loves to see what she does with my hair ❤️

Jessica is a saving grace. My daughter got the worst haircut and terrible service at the great clips in the same plaza. She called me crying as it was an hour until her senior grad photos. I said go to ulta and see if they can squeeze you in. Jessica was amazing with her, calmed her down and fixed the disaster that great clips made. AND she gave her the BEST curls for her photos. Jessica and Ulta I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and quickness with my daughter today.
