I just left here! I had a $100 gift card from my husband to use and NOT one employee asked if I needed help. They were quick to help a male buy something for his girl. I will go to Centerra where I get great service ! All the employees were giggling with themselves and talking about who is off. Just lost a huge Sale!

I’ve been to this Sephora multiple times now, and unfortunately I’ve noticed a consistent pattern. Each visit, I’m not greeted and no one offers to help me while I’m shopping. When I checked out during my most recent visit, the associate didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points or even offer me a bag—despite offering both to the customers ahead of me. What stood out most was that white women around me seemed to receive a much warmer, more attentive experience, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and disappointing. As a Rouge member who spends a significant amount of money at Sephora, I expect at least basic customer service. Compared to the Sephora in Loveland, this location gives off a noticeably unwelcoming vibe. I love Sephora as a brand, but this location consistently falls short.

Kim at Sephora is the absolute best. I don’t typically wear makeup and am always intimidated walking into a place like this. Kim understood what I was asking for, talked me through several options, and let me test a few products. I walked out with a tinted moisturizer and lip stain. I just put them on this morning following her advice, and I love them both. I’ll be back for a makeup lesson with her.

I am not one to usually write reviews but I had to make sure to write one after my shopping experience today. As I proceeded to check out, the cash register associate, Kit offered me to apply for a Sephora credit card and receive a discount plus some extra goodies. I went ahead and accepted the offer and was approved, and I just want to say that Kit’s customer service was amazing! Rachel was so sweet and very helpful finding the items I needed. You don't see this type of customer service anymore, please give them a raise because they are an example of the type of employee that keeps your customers returning!

Thank you Jess for your customer service on my birthday 12/19. You helped resolve my issue with the birthday gift when I received the wrong one, you made it right.

I want to give a shot out to Morgan, who was so unbelievably patient and helpful as I took my middle aged self to the makeup store and needed help with well, everything. She matched my skin tone so I could buy the proper shade of the foundation I wanted and opened a brand new eyeshadow palette so I could try the colors before making my purchase. I offered to buy that one because I was the only one who had used it, but she declined. I liked that there was no sales pressure or judgment about how long it took me to make my decisions (I literally tried on every plum shade of lipstick in the store...). This morning I put on all of my new makeup and feel like a million bucks. Thanks Morgan!

My friend and I went into the store today and received the best customer service of our lives with Meredith! She was so sweet and willing to help us!
