You can not return items and get a refund. They offer you a partial credit only. To return the product to the orient, it costs YOU more than your original purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I am out $45., and have 3 bras that won't fit any normal lady. Ordered their largest size and the cup size is probably a B. Noone that is a 48 inch bust, has a B cup size!!!! Don't buy from them!!!

As you can see this company has one star, I’m sure the reason is because it’s not possible to rate them any lower. I, like other customers have been scammed, but I’ve never even received my merchandise! I ordered two of their specials buy one bra get three, over two 1/2 months ago, paid my $69 and I still don’t have anything! I definitely have proved if it looks too good to be true it probably is! Run don’t walk to another site for whatever you want to buy here, I’m so sorry I impulsively bought without checking the reviews!

Awful company - deserves 0 stars. Returned bras to the address provided on the box with tracking. They received my package but never refunded my account. Website chat feature is useless. Going through my credit card company to contest charges.

I purchased the bras. What a horrible item. Made terrible and with the cheapest quality materials ever. Would never buy from this company again. Worse yet, if you want to return you have to jump through hoops. Can not call and speak to a represented of this company because the phone number is out of service. A terrible scam. This company should be out of business, Do not buy anything from them. Unless you have money to loose.

Wish I had read the reviews first! Ordered 3 a month ago. Still not arrived. Tried to cancel order and they say they can’t because it is shipped but the website says it is still being fulfilled and I have no tracking number. Automated emails are only communication their phone number on website is no longer in service! Horrifying company STAY AWAY they list like they are in the US but they are in China!

I returned my order to the address on the pkg many months ago and emailed the company regarding the return and requested a refund. I have heard nothing back. I am out more than $50.00. The product quality was horrific. The BBB needs to be notified.

If I could give a lower rating I would. To bad they don’t provide minus stars! -1 Can’t return item! -2 cups of bra don’t even cover the entire breast! -3 the straps are a joke! They just keep stretching! -4 the back is to smooth out, what a joke just a s stretchy as the straps. Notice my minus symbols prior to the numbers, those would be the minus star rating! Learn from my mistake, DO NOT purchase these bra!
