The workers are nice but do watch you a bit the products are nice and high quality but today (1/30) when I went and bought the chilly moon pallet the product package was dirty and the pallet itself is expired and as the photo shows it’s exp date (10/15/22) is there a possible way to go back and exchange the pallet or get a refund?? Update:I went back the next day it was a different worker but she understood right away and told me I could exchange it but all the pallets were expired so I had to pick a different one no problem but I would say check the date of the products before buying

I stop by sometimes at this store for advice on skincare and makeup. The staff is very courteous and helpful always recommend the best matches for skin and foundation. Impeccable service! I highly recommend!!!

Great products and they also sell cute hair claws, clothes, hair dyes, and more! Customer service was decent! However, they started eyeing on me when I came in while I was browsing around which made me feel uncomfortable.

I'm going to be really realistic. The name of the store and the actual name on the store is completely different like I was confused when I walked past it not knowing what I was looking for. The amount of Korean products in the store is only 25% compared to the rest of the products. It is a cute place, don't get me wrong. There are a lot of cute items there but it's really not like a Korean cosmetic store. Kind of hard for me to explain but they do have good deals on skin care and masks. The best way for me to describe it was once upon a time there was a Korean cosmetic store and then another store took over it. A lot of cute deals on a little jewelry they have.

The essence drenched super thin mask fits snugly on my face. There's so much essence left in the pouch that I can use it to apply to my neck and arms. My face feels hydrated and refresh afterward. Highly recommended.

Decent selection for korean makeup products. The employee in the store kept eyeing my boyfriend and I suspiciously which put us off a bit.

I bought products here and loved it but I wish they had a phone # so I could call before heading over there to see if they still have something.
