Ulta Beauty

I walked in Ulta yesterday and was greeted with a beautiful smile. Miss KaLiyah first gave us a flyer then asked how she could help us. I told her something smell really good and come to find out, it was her. Lol She showed us what she had on and I purchased immediately. She has EXCELLENT customer service and a beautiful smile to match. I enjoy shopping at Ulta!

Lots of good products and very clean store! Customer service is extremely hit or miss, but usually the former! I don't go in often but most times I am greated, asked if I need assistance, general friendly attitude ECT. But eeeevery once in a while I get completely ignored and not even told bye or anything after I purchase something. Normally that's no big deal but I'm still a beginner when it comes to makeup. Still a 5 star worthy store!

Upon walking into the store it was physically hard to breathe due to the amount of perfume in the air and lack of breathable oxygen due to the poor ventilation in the store. As I was looking for a specific brand a worker noticed me and made her way over to help, before walking my way she took a perfume tester, sprayed herself many times all over her very exposed cleavage due to her low cut her tank top and then came to help me. I was quite literally almost choking on the sheer amount of perfume and had to leave immediately. This place absolutely needs better ventilation, and at the least please don’t have the workers spray on extra perfume in the already heavily perfumed environment before helping customers. It was so inconsiderate. I don’t remember her name but she was a stout blonde girl, wearing fluffy slides, a cardigan along with a low cut tank top and her whole cleavage hanging out. The whole experience was very unprofessional and inconsiderate

Great place to shop for all things beauty regiment. The store was modern and has a large selection of items. The staff were friendly and quick to process checkout. Prices were a bit high but not unexpected based on brand name.

This store is terrible. I’m not sure if it’s the location or if it’s all Ulta stores but no one ever freaking helps me. The employees are rude and never know a damn thing

Love this store and how well organized the products are. Friendly associates. Jadia was very helpful in helping me locate what all I was needing.

This is the second time in the last month I have had a terrible experience with this Ulta location. I got there this morning right as the doors were unlocked to return a product and purchase some more items for Christmas gifts. There were no customers at the registers due to the fact that I was the first one in the store. I walked up and stood at the register an employee was at.. she looked at me on 3 different occasions and walked off talking to the other employee that was back there. I stood there for 5 minutes and she never said a word to me. She just stood there, looked at me, then asked the other employee if she needed help. I was about to ask if someone could actually help me, then another customer walked up and the employee automatically asked her if she was ready to checkout! She had to walk by me to get to the register! I was furious at this point that I was not helped and she just ignored me. After she was done with the other customer I walked up and sat my return down and she took it. As for the items I planned to purchase, I changed my mind and went to Sephora. I would rather give my money to a company that appreciates it. I am seriously considering cancelling my Ulta credit card at this point.
