Katie is the most amazing hairstylist!! She's creative, innovative, can handle difficult hair such as mine. She's caring, fun, professional. I would never go to anyone else. She has my business as long as I live.

Love the selection. I know very little about makeup but my teen daughter is very interested. The employees were able to help her select colors that work for her skin tone and provide tips on application. They didn't try to sell us the expensive cosmetics but offered good mid price range choices. I'd definitely go back to this Ulta. 💜💜💜💜💜

Abbie at the Benefit Brow Bar in Ulta Escondido was amazing. She was friendly, really listened to what I wanted, and made my brows look so good without overdoing them. Super professional and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be going back to her.

Don’t trust your appointment times for the salon. I have an extremely packed schedule so I'm very careful with scheduling. This is the fourth time I've been called to come in at another time so that my service can be "completed in a timely manner". It's total BS because their schedules are blocked off based on the service. She had ample time to do my highlights, but might have missed out on scheduling another client or may have faced being forced to stay later. I'm all for stylists maximizing their time, but I resent being offered an appointment time that works for me only to receive a call the day before (at the last minute) asking me to change. This is the fourth time in just six or seven appointments! If Ulta cannot commit to honoring their appointment times without pressuring their clients to move their slot, I'm going to find another salon.

I went to Escondido Ulta on a couple weeks ago , as soon as I asked Brian for the Dermablend, he asked what I needed and that I've never had anyone help me like he did then he called on Khyli and BOY OH BOY!!! I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED SUCH GREAT SERVICE FROM ANYONE AT ANY ULTA. I FINALLY HAD SOMEONE ASSIST ON MATCHING MY SKIN TONE TO THE MAKEUP I NEEDED. KHYLI WAS AMAZING. ALL THIS TIME I THOUGHT DERMABLEND WAS THE BEST FOR MY VITILIGO ( I WAS WRONG) KHYLI CAME BACK WITH THE PERFECT SHADE. THIS MAKEUP STAYS ON TOO, NOTHING LIKE DERMABLEND. THANK YOU BOTH BRIAN AND KHYLI FOR YOUR SERVICE

Great interaction with Tony in MAC cosmetics; he is very informative, gentle, and knowledgeable with cosmetics. I appreciate every recommendation he suggested, even outside of the MAC section. Thank you, Tony, you are so great, and I hope your management knows that you made my day as I will be returning whenever I need a quick restock!

Lili is the GOAT! She is the perfect line to my margarita. She is bold but knows hair color. She works with me on the color I want my hair and what I can achieve. She inspires me to try new thing and she is trendy! She is so professional and I always recommend quality work for a great price. Full head Highlights are around $127 no matter the length of the hair!!! Totally worth it! I love my hair every time! Book with LILI she is the best I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.
