My wife just recently purchased some items from Sephora on Austin street. She indicated that she had the best experience in the store and one of the best services from a young professional lady named Stephanie. She was very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable in helping me with my needs. She listened and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be coming back . Thank you
If you ever come here, ask for Fatima. She was absolutely amazing so sweet, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, gave honest recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices. Her customer service was outstanding and truly made the whole experience enjoyable. Sephora needs more employees like her. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her again.
This employee with white flowers on her sleeves, maybe she was a manager because she was dressed differently from other employees but she was very rude to me and my sister since we walked in. She got up in my face telling me to ask for help if I need it. When we asked for help she told us she’ll be back to us but stared at us waiting down the aisle. She basically ignored us. Overall, this was just so unprofessional. I’m very disappointed.
lovely store! I went here last monday, 06/02/2025 I haven’t been here for a long time because of busy schedule and the shift to online shopping but I have come to realized that I have been missing the magic of experiencing in-store shopping. I decided to visit a week ago, I had a list with me of the things I needed to buy for a month vacation. They usually would shift around the location of the brands in different sections in aisles, but fear not, it’s always organized and kept clean. I went to the dior section, and since I needed help, a sephora employee approached to assist me. This review is a bit overdue since a week ago, I asked for her name specifically because she was such a nice worker and I really wanted to write a review for her. I think her name was Beth/Becky? (so sorry if I spelled or totally got the name wrong!!) (her hair was short and blonde/light) , very lovely woman. I was a bit anxious because I don’t really know where everything is but she made a great conversation with me and even provided me with samples. She made sure I got the right thing I wanted and she was able to look through if something was in stock to complete my list. I went to the register and I also got my birthday gift yay! the selection was very nice I brought home a lip set. Thank you for your wonderful customer service, I had such a pleasant experience. it made me feel welcomed and warmed me up to a store I haven’t been in a while. I’m excited to go back again! I should really shop in person more. This location is clean, aesthetic, the layout is fun and straightforward. It makes me want to roam around more and the workers I conversed with are very nice and helpful. 🙂
visited this sephora location on january 4th 2025 around 7 pm. The chunky lady with curly hair, blue ink tattoo on her forearm and stacked gold jewelry was so weird and rude to everyone that was coming in and went out of her way to embarrass customers and laugh with her coworker who was a guy. I was getting checked out by this other lady who was very sweet unfortunately couldn't say the same for her as she was busy shaming customers when she is hideous. What a shame ! I can tell they don't wear their nametags for a reason.
One of my favorite Sephora stores. You can find anything you’re looking for, and the staff is super helpful and attentive. I recently visited and was deciding between the Laneige donut glaze lip mask and the Eadem dew dream lip balm after some helpful advice from the staff, I went with Eadem. So far, I’m really happy with my choice!
Very unprofessional. They canceled my makeup appointment the same day of my event ,early in the morning. Having a big event you can imagine the stress and predicament it put me in. In those situations you should have backup. Last time I will schedule any makeup appointment in Sephora.
