Eh, I used to love coming here to get hair products or accessories. I only come here if it’s necessary. But the workers/owners are kind of petty. I bought something that said 3.99 on it and the man came back and changed it to 6.99.. like what the?? 🤦‍♀️ and depending on who’s working they will watch u like a HAWK, regardless if ur black, white or Hispanic or whatever. Yall might as well hire security 😂 I feel like if they stopped acting like everyone is going to steal and stop upping prices at the counter, I’d enjoy the place a lot more. I’d rather order beauty supplies from online or go to Sam’s beauty supply in Chicago or melrose park.

The store was adequately stocked. I bought quite a few things. The seller was nice. I’d recommend this place.

The hours online said close at 7pm not 6:53… drive across town to grab one thing and door was already closed and locked at 6:53…. Won’t ever go back again

I’m sorry but forcing someone to pay 50 cents and not allowing them to use their card for a wig cap that was just used to put on the wigs is diabolical

The pandemic is over. Why are we still coming in through the back door? This is NOT the 50’s & 60’s. How are we okay with this? There is no parking in the back of the building & technically you aren’t even supposed to park in the back. (Hence why the owner himself still parks in the front- white van). I asked him why he still parks in the front if the door is broke. He claims he walks around to the back. Other owners & workers in the same strip park in the back & go in through the back. Why park in front & walk around the entire building to come in through the back door? I asked "Stevie" the owner, when he will be fixing the front door, and he says "sometime around next month". The door has been "broke" since March of 2020.

First off it is dim and kind of small when you go inside. The staff is not friendly at all. I asked the person for help and they wouldn't come from behind the counter ( it was more than one black person inside) so that he could watch the shoppers. I left and will never be back. Black women have got to stop shopping at shores that do not support or respect us.

The customer service is 2 star because when I went to purchase hair the retailer didn't help me effeciantly when I asked for it. When I continued to help myself and got one of the wigs down he promptly came over and stopped me. So I asked again if he could help me and he did finally. The store wasn't welcoming and the quality of synthetic wigs were trash so I bought a synthetic ponytail and eyelashes instead. Not the best Beauty Supply I've experienced in my list of beauty supply stores!
